【摘要】 普通高校体育类招生考试是我国高校招生考试的一个组成部分。考点作为考试场所的载体,其考点建设的标准化程度如何,不仅牵动着考生和家长的神经,而且对考生成绩的影响等方面都起到一个至关重要的作用。本研究主要采用调查法,围绕福建省普通高校体育类高考福建师范大学标准化考点的建设状况,发现存在不足。本研究的目的旨在加强福建省普通高校体育类高考考点的软硬件建设,促进教育公平发展,探索体育类高考标准化考点建设理论,提供实践指导,具有积极意义。调查结果与结论如下:在硬件建设方面,福建师大体育类高考考点经过多年建设,自行编制的考试综合业务系统较为严谨科学,采用指纹验证考生身份举措早;考生成绩自动生成与储存并确保多重交叉验证,保证考生成绩的真实性和完整性;视频及网络监控作弊防控系统布控的点与面全覆盖、无死角;应急指挥系统工作职能明确、应急方案科学有效;考场中的准备区、侯考区、待考区和考试区等功能区实行进行闭合式的布置,考场秩序井然,场地与设施较为完备。但考生身份验证技术手段还需升级,考试场地数量还需加大力度投入建设。在软件建设方面,福建师大考点对各个工作职能进行了细致划分,考试纪律与要求明确;对考官、技术人员,以及监察人员的工作职责、岗位内容与方法的工作流程及分工等方面培训工作扎实;各类与考试工作相关的“规则或文本”较为完备,配套管理制度较为完善;考场应急预案早预设、应急处理程序清晰简明。但福建省教育考试院有关体育类高考文件与福建师大考点改进的实际工作有差异。在考生满意度方面,考生和带队教师对福建师大考点测试项目的间隔时间安排不太满意(分别占11.2%和26%),认为考试的检录时间过早、考试间隔时间太短;考生认可800米跑项目紧凑流畅性,但100米跑、立定三级跳远、原地推铅球三项项目紧凑流畅度的满意度不高(分别占16%、15.9%、17%);考生对800米跑、立定三级跳远和原地推铅球编组的满意度不太高,对100米跑考试编组人数满意度最高;带队教师和工作人员对立定三级跳远、原地推铅球和800米跑的考试编组人数的满意度反差较大;考生对校园交通状况、医疗保障和现场秩序组织的满意度不太高;考生认为安保人员与志愿者人员投放偏少。基于体育类高考福建师大考点建设现状,提出了应及时修订体育类高考配套管理文件,配套并完善福建师大体育类高考考点的改革举措;充分考虑考生这一主体,尽量优化考务编排,尽早加建一片立定三级跳远测试区,优化组合各设区市批次组合模式;加强考场安防管理;采用虹膜手段识别考生身份;增加志愿者和安保人员数量等方面的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The physical entrance examination of ordinary colleges is an important part of college entrance examination in China.Exam center is the carrier of examinations,whose standardization not only affects thousands of students and their parents but also plays an important role in the performance of students and the fairness of the examination.This paper is based on the investigation of the standardized examination center of Fujian normal university,and the construction status of the exam center’s standardization in physical entrance examination,it is found that there are still some deficiencies.This study is of positive significance for strengthening the software and hardware construction of exam center of physical entrance examination,promoting the education fairness,exploring the theoretical construction of physical entrance examination in standardized exam center,and providing practical guidance.Findings are as follows:In terms of hardware construction,the examination center of college physical entrance of Fujian Normal University has been under construction for many years,and the self-compiled comprehensive examination business system is rigorous and scientific.It is the early center to use fingerprint to verify examinee identity.Candidates’ scores are automatically generated and stored,and multiple cross-validation is ensured to ensure the authenticity and integrity of candidates’ scores.Video and network monitoring system of cheating control covers all aspect.The functions of the emergency command system are specific and the emergency plan is scientific and effective.The preparation area,the waiting area and the examination area and other functional areas of the exam center are arranged in a closed manner.The exam center is in good order,with relatively complete venues and facilities.But the examinee authentication technology still needs to upgrade,the number of test sites still need great effort to increase.In terms of software construction,the work functions of the exam center of Fujian Normal University has been carefully divided.The examination discipline and requirements are clear.Training for examiners,technicians and supervisors in work flow and division of labor of their job responsibilities,job contents and methods are excellent.All kinds of "rules or texts" related to the examination work are relatively complete,and the supporting management system is relatively perfect.The emergency plan of exam center is pre-set early and the emergency treatment procedure is clear and concise.However,there are some differences between the documents of Fujian education examination institute and the actual work of Fujian Normal University.In terms of examinee satisfaction,examinees and leading teachers were not satisfied with the interval arrangement of the test items of Fujian Normal University(11.2 percent and 26 percent,respectively),considering that the registration time was too early and the interval time was too short.Candidates approved the tightness and smoothness of the800-meter race,but the tightness and smoothness of the 100-meter race,the standing triple jump and the spot shot put were not satisfactory(16%,15.9% and 17%,respectively).The examinees are not satisfied with the formation of 800-meter race,standing triple jump and in-situ shot put,while the examinees are most satisfied with the formation of 100-meter race.The teachers and staff in charge of the team had a great contrast of satisfaction with the number of examiners in the standing triple jump,shot-put and 800-meter race.Examinees were not satisfied with campus traffic,medical security and on-site order organization.Examinees hold that the security personnel and volunteer personnel are less.Based on the present situation of the exam center construction of Fujian Normal University,this paper puts forward that the supporting management documents of the college physical entrance examination should be revised in time,and the reform measures should be taken to improve the exam center of college physical entrance examination of Fujian Normal University.Give full consideration to the examinee as the main body,try to optimize the test arrangement,build a standing triple jump test area as soon as possible,and optimize the combination of each district city batch combination mode.Strengthen security management of the exam center.Use iris to identify candidates.Suggestions include increasing the number of volunteers and security personnel.更多还原
