【摘要】 在党的十九大之后,我国社会服务组织参与社会治理的环境发生变化,包括社会服务组织在内的社会力量能够最大程度参与到社会治理当中。社会服务组织在社会治理的格局构建中的是必不可少的一部分,国家鼓励社会服务组织投入到社会治理的过程之中实现自身的专业性价值。在社会不断发展的背景下,社会服务组织所承担的责任也随之增加,因此社会服务组织的发展必须要能够与社会的发展相匹配。现在社会服务组织处在成长发展阶段,社会工作专业的发展为社会服务组织奠定了基础。社会服务组织在环境中成长发展,受到环境的影响,对社会服务组织成长发展的环境的现状、面临的问题、问题背后的根源、社会服务组织该如何发展转型的研究将促进对社会服务组织发展环境的认识更加深入,推动社会服务组织成长环境的改善进而促进组织的发展。本文以北京Z社会工作机构为例,采用个案访谈法,文献研究法,案例分析法对Z社会工作机构发展环境进行了分析和研究。从社会工作专业角度出发,运用生态系统理论,将社会组织的生存的环境分为三个层次。其中宏观环境包括制度环境、资源环境、文化环境。中观环境即社区环境。微观环境即组织环境。通过收集Z社会工作机构的详细信息,研究其生存的环境现状,分析其每个环境的现状与特点,对其生存环境进行全面的了解,分析其在发展中遇到的问题、面临的困境,并提出反思和建议。通过对Z社会工作机构的发展环境的研究分析制度环境对社会服务组织的影响,文化环境、资源环境、以及内部的组织环境。内部组织环境中的管理行政化,社区环境中服务与需求之间的矛盾。社会环境中制度上组织发展相关配套法律的不健全,这些因素之间相互作用形成组织发展的问题,针对这些问题提出组织发展转型建议,通过自上而下服务体系构建与自下而上的专业发展,多元化社区需求的满足与专业化的服务提供,社会服务组织制度框架的制定与政府购买服务制度的完善,推动社会服务组织的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the environment for social service organizations to participate in social governance has changed,and social forces,including social service organizations,can participate in social governance to the greatest extent.Social service organizations are an essential part of the structure construction of social governance.The state encourages social service organizations to realize their professional value in the process of social governance.In the context of continuous social development,social service organizations assume increasing responsibilities,so the development of social service organizations must be able to match the development of the society.Now social service organizations are in the growth and development stage,the development of social work in our country has laid a foundation for social service organizations.Growth and development in the environment of social service organization,is affected by the environment,the present situation of the development of the environment for social service organizations growth,are faced with the problem,the root of the problem behind,social service organizations how to development will promote transformation of research on the deep understanding of the social service organization development environment,promote the improvement of the social service organizations growth environment and the development of the organization.In this paper,Z social work agency in Beijing is taken as an example to study the development environment of Z social work agency using case interview method,literature research method and case analysis method.From the professional perspective of social work,using the ecosystem theory,the living environment of social organizations is divided into macro environment,including institutional environment,resource environment and cultural environment.The medium environment is the community environment.The microenvironment is the organizational environment.Through the collection of detailed information of Z social work agency,the current situation of the environment in which it exists is studied,the status quo and characteristics of each environment are analyzed,the living environment is comprehensively understood,the problems and dilemmas encountered in its development are analyzed,and reflections and suggestions are put forward.Through the understanding and analysis of the development environment of Z social work agency,the development of social service organizations is affected by the institutional environment,cultural environment,resource environment and internal organizational environment.The administrative management in the internal organization environment,the contradiction between service and demand in the community environment.Social environment system on organizational development related law is not sound,the interaction of these factors makes the problem of organizational development,organizational development transformation Suggestions to solve these problems,through top-down service system construction and the professional development of from bottom to top,diversified satisfaction and professional services in the community needs,The establishment of social service organization system framework and the perfection of government purchase service system will promote the development of social service organization.更多还原
