【摘要】 党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,将全面依法治国上升为重大战略,高屋建瓴地做出了法治建设的全面部署。习近平总书记围绕法治建设的重要性和现实需要提出了许多新思想、新要求,形成了习近平关于法治建设重要论述。深入研究习近平关于法治建设重要论述,有利于加快我国法治建设的发展,推动我国全面依法治国的实践。当前我国正在推进新的“四个全面”战略,迫切需要习近平关于法治建设重要论述作为法治建设的行动指南,为国家各项建设事业保驾护航。习近平关于法治建设重要论述继承和发展了马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党历代领导人的法治思想,汲取了古代优秀法治思想的智慧,提出了一系列富有创新性、实践性、辩证性的关于法治建设的重要思想。习近平关于法治建设重要论述形成于全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面从严治党与国际形势复杂多变的大环境。本文总结了习近平关于法治建设重要论述的主要内容,包括廓清法治建设的核心关键、构建法治建设的严密体系、推进法治建设的实施路径。提炼了习近平关于法治建设重要论述的鲜明特征,即继往开来的创新性、旗帜鲜明的人民性、统筹全局的辩证性。凸显了习近平关于法治建设重要论述的时代价值,体现在理论价值和实践价值两个层面,理论上丰富了马克思主义法学思想、发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论、提供了依法治国的理论指南;实践上有利于促成法治国家法治政府法治社会一体建设、有利于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、有利于保障“两个一百年”奋斗目标的实现。在习近平关于法治建设重要论述的指导下,法治建设的蓝图已经绘就,建设法治国家的号角已经吹响。我国法治建设任重道远,法治工作人员肩负着奉法强国的重大使命,我们要以习近平关于法治建设重要论述为理论指南,坚定地进行现代化国家建设,充分发挥法治的重要作用,实现国泰民安的奋斗目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as core has elevated comprehensive rule of law as a major strategy made comprehensive plans for rule of law from a strategic position.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas and requirements centering the importancepractical needs of building rule of law,latest achievements of rule of law theory.A thorough study of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is conducive to speeding up the development of China’s rule of law construction the practice of building a society ruled by law in China.Based on Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law,this paper summarizes the main content and distinctive features of Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law,and highlights the value of The Times of Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law by using the analysis method of document induction,logic and history.General Secretary Xi Jinping has inherited and developed the rule of law thoughts of classical Marxist writers and successive leaders of the Communist Party of China(1949-2012).Drawing on the wisdom of excellent ancient thoughts,he has put forward innovative,practical and dialectical important thoughts.At present,China is pushing forward the new "Four Comprehensives" strategy,so it is urgent to take as the action guide for the construction of the rule of law,and to escort various national construction undertakings.The main contents include: clarifying the core and key of the construction of the rule of law,constructing a strict system for the construction of the rule of law,and promoting the implementation path of the construction of the rule of law.Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law has distinctive characteristics,namely,the innovation of carrying forward the past and opening up the future,the people’s character of the clear banner,and the dialectical nature of overall planning.The contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is : In theory,it enriches the Marxist legal thought,develops the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics,and provides the ideological guide for a strong country based on law.In practice,a government and a society,promote the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity,and ensure the realization of the Two Centenary Goals.更多还原
