【摘要】 社会服务是高等教育的三大职能之一,民国时期战乱频繁,深重的国难激发出大学开展社会服务的强烈使命感。诸多国立大学开展了内容丰富的社会服务实践,以教育的方式进行救国,国立西北师范学院就是社会服务大潮中的一份子。本研究基于搜集的史料,回顾国立西北师范学院开展的社会服务,探讨其产生原因,梳理社会服务的内容,在此基础上进行客观评析,以期为当今大学开展社会服务面临的诸多问题提供参考。在民国抗战的大背景下,国立西北师范学院秉承着时代赋予的使命与责任感,以教育救国的方式来服务国家和社会。立足西北,利用师范学院的优势,李蒸院长带领师生进行精神动员服务抗战、推行民众教育来开启民智、开展师资培训等社会服务活动,此外还协助改进乡村卫生,提倡新的生活习惯和观念,促进改良乡村风俗。师生们不畏艰苦,在西北大地上播种现代文明,提高了西北地区民众的教育水平和文化素质,推进了西北中小学教育的现代化进程,开启了西北高等师范教育的先河。国立西北师范学院开展的社会服务颇有成效,其丰富的社会服务实践亦得到了当地民众的认可,本院师生在社会服务的过程中也得到历练,打破了过去大学与社会处于隔离的状态,沟通了大学与社会的联系,使大学与社会之间实现良性互动,但是其社会服务也面临着学生参与社会服务、施教对象不稳定等局限和不足。国立西北师范学院在开展社会服务过程中,能着眼于民众的实际需要,有服务抗战建国和地方社会发展的大局意识,形塑并彰显了国立西北师范学院的办学特色。这也为当今大学开展社会服务提供一定的借鉴意义,大学应正确处理教学、科研与社会服务三者的关系;聚焦于国家和当地社会的发展,明确自身社会服务定位,凸显大学办学理念;建立有效的社会服务保障体系;强化大学师生的社会服务意识,培养其社会责任感,为社会提供人力资源和智力支撑,与社会发展保持良性互动,彰显大学社会服务的重要职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serving society is one of the three functions of higher education.During the period of the Republic of China,the frequent wars and serious national difficulties stimulated the strong sense of mission of universities to serve society.Many national universities have carried out rich social service practices to save the country by means of education,and the National Northwest Normal College is one of the members of this social service tide.Based on the collected historical data,this study reviews the social services provided by National Northwest Normal College,discusses the reasons for their emergence,sorts out the content of social services,and makes objective analysis on this basis,in the hope of providing reference for many problems faced by social services in universities today.In the context of the Anti-Japanese War of the Republic of China,the National Northwest Normal College upholds the mission and sense of responsibility given by the times,and serves the country and society in the way of education and saving the country.Based in the northwest and using the advantages of the Teachers College,Dean Li Zheng led teachers and students to carry out spiritual mobilization to serve the war,promote popular education to open up people’s wisdom,and carry out social service activities such as teacher training.In addition,he also assisted in improving rural health and promoting new living habits and habits.Concept,promote the improvement of rural customs.Not afraid of hardships,teachers and students planted modern civilization on the northwestern land,improved the educational level and cultural quality of the people in the northwest region,promoted the modernization process of northwest elementary and middle school education,and opened a precedent for higher normal education in the northwest.The social service carried out by the National Northwest Normal College is quite effective,and its rich social service practice has also been recognized by the local people.The teachers and students of this college have also been experienced in the process of social service,breaking the isolation between the university and the society in the past.The status of the university communicates the connection between the university and the society,enabling the university to have a benign interaction with the society,but its social services also face limitations and deficiencies such as student participation in social services and unstable teaching targets.In the process of social service,the National Northwest Normal College can focus on the actual needs of the people,and has the overall awareness of serving the AntiJapanese war,the founding of the country and the development of local society,which has shaped and demonstrated the school-running characteristics of the National Northwest Normal College.This also provides a certain reference for the development of social services in universities today.Universities should correctly handle the relationship between teaching,scientific research and social services;focus on the development of the country and local society,clarify their own social service positioning,and highlight the university’s philosophy of running a school;An effective social service security system;strengthen the social service awareness of university teachers and students,cultivate their sense of social responsibility,provide human resources and intellectual support for the society,maintain positive interaction with social development,and highlight the important function of university social service.更多还原
