【摘要】 农业是国民经济的基础,“三农”问题一直备受关注。农业企业将农民、市场和农业产业基地联结起来,为“三农”问题的解决和经济的发展做出了无法估量的贡献。中小企业在我国农业企业中占比最高,中小农业企业的健康持续发展,能够带动农业结构调整,加强农业生产专业化,优化生产要素合理配置,全面提高农业生产力水平,促进农业产业发展,对农业农村经济发展产生推动作用。本文从企业的财务可持续增长角度出发,探究中小农业企业的财务可持续增长问题,并提出有针对性的对策建议。本文选取中小农业企业三瑞农科作为研究对象,在深入了解企业财务环境和财务增长状况的基础上,对三瑞农科的财务可持续增长进行评价。先运用熵权法从六大类十七个财务指标入手进行财务成长稳健性评价,又基于希金斯模型核算其财务可持续增长情况,并进行增长情况的偏差分析,最后得出评价结果。研究发现,三瑞农科的财务数据表现出一定的财务稳健性,但财务可持续增长问题比较突出,亟待解决。通过量化分析发现,2013年-2019年期间三瑞农科的实际增长率与可持续增长率差异较大,主要问题在于其盈利能力不稳定,未能有效运用财务杠杆,资金利用过于保守,股利政策也不完善。针对以上问题本文提出了多方面的整改建议,三瑞农科应当提高盈利能力,增收节支;优化资本结构,积极运用财务杠杆;改变公司的资产管理效率,加快资产周转速度,重点加强管理应收账款和存货;使股利政策制定地更科学合理,加强信息披露等,从而保证三瑞农科实现财务可持续增长,也为类似的企业提供参考。本文将财务稳健性与财务可持续增长的研究有效结合,在财务稳健性研究的基础上开展财务可持续增长的研究具有一定的创新性。通过研究,本文认为基于定量分析的熵权法可以有效判断企业财务成长的稳健性,对财务成长稳健性的判断是对企业财务可持续增长进行研究的基石,有助于发现企业在经营管理中的财务波动风险;运用可持续增长模型评价分析,避免了单从收入角度衡量企业成长的局限性;财务可持续增长的内涵并不仅仅在于改变可持续增长率的数值大小,而是要灵活运用多种对策,积极寻求企业财务长期平衡稳态增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been concerned.Agricultural enterprises connect farmers,markets and agricultural industrial bases,and have made immeasurable contributions to solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and economic development.Small and medium-sized enterprises account for the highest proportion of China’s agricultural enterprises.The healthy and sustainable development of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises can promote the adjustment of agricultural structure,strengthen the specialization of agricultural production,optimize the rational allocation of production factors,comprehensively improve the level of agricultural productivity,promote the development of agricultural industry,and promote the development of agricultural and rural economy.From the perspective of sustainable financial growth of enterprises,this paper explores the sustainable financial growth of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This paper selects Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.,a small and medium-sized agricultural enterprise,as the research object,and evaluates the sustainable financial growth of Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.on the basis of in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s financial environment and financial growth.Firstly,the entropy weight method is used to evaluate the robustness of financial growth from six categories and seventeen financial indicators.Then,based on Higgins model,the financial sustainable growth is calculated,and the deviation of growth is analyzed.Finally,the evaluation results are obtained.It is found that the financial data of Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.shows certain financial stability,but the problem of financial sustainable growth is more prominent and needs to be solved urgently.Through quantitative analysis,it is found that there is a big difference between the actual growth rate and the sustainable growth rate of Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.during 2013-2019.The main problems are that its profitability is unstable,its financial leverage is not used effectively,its capital utilization is too conservative,and its dividend policy is not perfect.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward many rectification suggestions.this paper thinks that Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.should improve its profitability and increase income and reduce expenditure;Optimize capital structure and actively use financial leverage;Change the efficiency of the company’s asset management,speed up the turnover of assets,and focus on strengthening the management of accounts receivable and inventory;Make dividend policy more scientific and reasonable,strengthen information disclosure,etc.,so as to ensure the sustainable financial growth of Sanrui ASTCo.,Ltd.,and also provide reference for similar enterprises.In this paper,the research on financial soundness and financial sustainable growth is effectively combined,and it is innovative to carry out the research on financial sustainable growth on the basis of financial soundness.Through research,this paper holds that the entropy weight method based on quantitative analysis can effectively judge the robustness of enterprise financial growth,and the judgment of financial growth robustness is the cornerstone of the research on enterprise financial sustainable growth,which is helpful to discover the financial fluctuation risk in enterprise management;Using sustainable growth model to evaluate and analyze avoids the limitation of measuring enterprise growth from the perspective of income alone;The connotation of financial sustainable growth is not only to change the numerical value of sustainable growth rate,but to flexibly apply various countermeasures and actively seek long-term balanced and steady growth of enterprise finance.更多还原
