【摘要】 学生社团,对于普通高中深化校本课程、丰富学生生活、拓展校园文化生态具有重要意义。进一步加强其建设,不仅可以解决青少年学生在身心发展中面临的阶段性问题,也能够解决基础教育工作中亟待处理、影响学校教学事业发展的突出问题。这项工作涉及到学校制度、组织协调等,需要各方合力完成。南昌市X中学作为省级重点建设高中,在开展校本课程和研究的进程中,开设各具特色的学生社团,并从组织、师资等多方面予以支持。但目前该校学生社团建设仍面临一系列突出问题,需要采用现代教育理念和管理方法予以完善。本文在充分研读国内外学生社团建设相关理论的基础上,通过问卷调查、访谈、观察、行动研究等方法,对南昌市X中学的学生社团建设现状进行研究,考察其基本情况、管理方法和成效;并结合当前新冠疫情下普通高中教学面临的大规模在线协作学习、智慧教学环境等全新要求,从学校实际情况出发,提出推动学生社团建设的可行性建议,在制度、人才、投入等方面进一步推动学校发展,深化教育改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Student community,or student club,is of great importance in deepening school-based curriculum,enriching students’ life and expanding campus culture.It is to solve the problems in growth of students,as well as in school and teaching development of basic education,by improving the constructure of student clubs.It is associated to school system and internal coordinate,all parties needs to work together.Nanchang X Middle School,as the key developing school in provincial education,has set a variety of clubs in the process of deepening school-based curriculum and research,and supporting the clubs in organization structure and teachers.But there are still some difficulties in community construction,which is needs to be improved by modern education theories and management methods.On the basis of fully studying the relevant theory of student club,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey,interviewing,observing and action research to study the status of community construction,to inspect the basic situation,management methods and the effect of clubs.Considering the new requirements of high school education under the COVID-19 outbreak,including massive online collaborative learning,intelligent teaching environment,with the current situation of school,we put forward suggestions on institutional innovation,talent team and educational investment for promoting the development of school and education.更多还原
