【摘要】 2020庚子年,一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情在神州大地肆虐,广大的农村地区纷纷采取各种措施应对疫情到来的危机,大喇叭首次成为网民讨论的热点话题。农村大喇叭作为大众传播媒介,以其出色的信息传播内容和独特的话语传播方式,在突发公共危机事件中受到人们的关注。农村大喇叭的回归也给基层乡村社会的治理带来了诸多影响和思考。村民作为大喇叭的直接受众,在大喇叭传播回归的过程中,其态度及行为方式会发生什么变化?大喇叭传播的内容,如何获得村民的认可与支持?大喇叭能否成为乡村社会信息传播的重要利器?庚子年大喇叭的回归,其推动力又是什么?带着一系列问题,笔者深入村民与村主任生活和工作的村庄环境中。用田野调查的研究方法,通过调查和分析大喇叭的传播内容,并且与村民亲切的采访和聊天,逐渐将这些问题的答案描述出来。本文主要记述了大喇叭在一座皖西村落的演进历程,同时在突发公共危机事件到来时快速部署疫情和汛情防控工作。通过村主任巧妙的话语传播方式,使得农村大喇叭传播的内容获得了村民的认可与支持,也发挥了大喇叭与村民交流连接过程中的传播影响力。研究发现,庚子年大喇叭在乡村社会一系列的传播表现,为基层社会村规民约的缔造、村民情绪的安抚、村民观念和行为的转变、基层社会治理的完善以及构建基层和谐社会等方面都发挥着重要的传播和指导意义。农村大喇叭作为大众传播工具,其存在的根本意义在于,能够在声音的传递中服务于村民核心的利益关切。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 2020 Gengzi Year,a sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic raged across China.The vast rural areas took various measures to deal with the crisis of the epidemic.For the first time,big speakers became a hot topic of discussion among netizens.As a mass media,the rural loudspeaker has attracted people’s attention in the emergent public crisis with its excellent information dissemination content and unique discourse dissemination method.The return of the rural loudspeaker has also brought many influences and reflections on the governance of grassroots rural society.As the direct audience of big speakers,how will their attitudes and behaviors change in the process of the return of big speakers? How can the content spread by Big Horn gain the recognition and support of the villagers? Can the loudspeaker become an important tool for the dissemination of rural social information? What is the driving force behind the return of the Gengzi Nian big horn?With a series of questions,the author went deep into the village environment where the villagers and the village director lived and worked.Using field research methods,through investigation and analysis of the content of the big speakers,and cordial interviews and chats with villagers,the answers to these questions were gradually described.This article mainly describes the evolution of the loudspeaker in a village in the west of Anhui,and at the same time quickly deploys epidemic and flood prevention and control work when a public emergency comes.Through the ingenious dissemination method of the village director,the content of the rural loudspeaker has been recognized and supported by the villagers,and the communication influence of the loudspeaker in the process of communication and connection with the villagers has also been exerted.The study found that the Gengzi Nian loudspeaker has a series of communication manifestations in rural society,such as the creation of village rules and folk agreements in grassroots society,the comfort of villagers’ emotions,the transformation of villagers’ concepts and behaviors,the improvement of grassroots social governance,and the construction of a grassroots harmonious society All aspects play an important role in dissemination and guidance.As a mass communication tool,the rural loudspeaker has the fundamental significance that it can serve the villagers’ core interests and concerns in the transmission of sound.更多还原
