四川省地区基层排球教练员执教能力分析及优化研究

【摘要】 基层排球的发展影响着我国未来排球的发展,基层排球教练员是青少年排球运动的重要推动者,对于球队的发展起着着重要作用。运动员的运动技能和球队的竞技成绩与基层教练员的执教能力有着不可分开的关系。四川省作为排球项目发展比较好的省份,非常重视对排球人才的培养,因此着力进行对四川省地区基层排球教练员的执教能力分析并提出优化对策具有一定的作用,有利于提升四川省各个地区基层排球教练员的执教能力,进而培养更多的青少年优秀排球人才。本文以四川省地区基层排球教练员执教能力作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对四川省各地区的基层排球教练员执教能力进行分析和优化研究,得出以下结果:1.四川省地区基层排球教练员执教能力指标内容组成为:一级指标为执教能力;二级指标为运动选材能力、专项训练能力、团队凝聚管理能力、竞赛临场指挥能力和自我提升能力;三级指标包含选材重视程度、科学合理制定排球训练计划的能力、队伍团队管理的能力、赛前观摩、了解对手的能力等33个方面。2.四川省基层排球教练员整体年龄结构偏年轻化,执教年限偏短;训练中创新不足,训练方式方法较普通化,缺乏先进技术引领,信息化技术较缺乏。3.各地区部门对于基层排球教练员的重视程度不够;常态化排球比赛开展不足;教练员的奖励政策机制待完善;排球协会建立少,监督引导作用不明显。4.外聘专家与培养相融合,引进退役运动员进校,发挥“传帮带作用”;跨域常规模式训练,创新运用技术统计、视频录像等数据化监控手段于训练和比赛中。5.注重对基层排球教练员的强化培训,搭建地区教练员交流平台;各地区把常态化排球比赛列入青少年竞赛计划中;相关职能部门应完善教练员奖励政策机制,多渠道筹备资金,提升待遇;普及排球运动协会的建立,加强监督引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of volleyball at the grass-roots level affects the future development of volleyball in our country.Volleyball coaches at the grass-roots level are important promoters of youth volleyball and play an important role in the development of the team.There is an inseparable relationship between the athletic skills of the athletes and the athletic performance of the team and the teaching ability of the grass-roots coaches.Sichuan province as better province volleyball project development,attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents to the volleyball,so focus on areas of sichuan province of grass-roots volleyball coaches coaching capacity analysis and put forward the optimization countermeasures have a certain effect,is helpful to improve each region of sichuan province volleyball teaching ability of the coaches at the grassroots level and outstanding talents of volleyball training more teenagers.This paper volleyball coaches coaching ability at the grass-roots level in sichuan province area as the research object,USES the literature material method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,in sichuan province regional basic volleyball coaches coaching ability,analysis and optimization research,the following results:1.The contents of the teaching ability index of grassroots volleyball coaches in Sichuan province are as follows: the first-level index is teaching ability;The secondary indexes include sports material selection ability,special training ability,team cohesion management ability,on-the-spot command ability and self-improvement ability.The three-level index includes 33 aspects,such as the importance of selecting materials,the ability of formulating volleyball training plan scientifically and reasonably,the ability of team management,the ability of watching the match before the match,and the ability to understand the opponent.2.The overall age structure of volleyball coaches at the grass-roots level in Sichuan Province is relatively young,and the teaching years are relatively short;Lack of innovation in training,training methods are more common,lack of advanced technology guidance,lack of information technology.3.Regional departments do not pay enough attention to grassroots volleyball coaches;The development of normal volleyball competition is insufficient;The incentive policy mechanism of the coach needs to be improved.Volleyball association is less established,supervision and guidance role is not obvious.4.Integrate external experts with training,introduce retired athletes into the school,and play a "guiding role";Cross-domain routine mode training,innovative use of technical statistics,video recording and other data monitoring means in training and competition.5.Pay attention to strengthen the training of volleyball coaches at the grass-roots level and build a platform for regional coaches to communicate.The regular volleyball competition is included in the youth competition plan in each region;Relevant functional departments should improve the reward policy mechanism of coaches,prepare funds through multiple channels,and improve the treatment;The establishment of popularizing volleyball sports association,strengthen supervision and guidance.更多还原
