【摘要】 随着我国经济发展水平的稳步提升,我国居民的收入水平也得到了持续性攀升,推动了我国居民家政服务需求升级,进而推动了我国家政产业结构的升级,对接受过高等教育的高素质家政人才产生了迫切需求。为了缓解家政服务业发展规模迅速扩大与高层次人才紧缺之间的矛盾,国务院办公厅于2019年6月出台了有关文件:要求每个省在原则上需要设立至少一所本科院校开设家政有关专业,培养本科层次的家政专业人才。但从当前本科家政学专业的现实办学情况来看,作为我国高校家政学专业建设主体的应用型本科高校在家政学专业建设过程中却遇到了诸多难题。为此,本研究从系统理论视角探索应用型本科家政学专业建设,并基于系统理论构建了应用型本科家政学专业建设的分析框架,利用此分析框架对应用型本科家政学专业建设系统的动力以及各高校家政学专业建设的真实境况进行了深入挖掘,在借鉴境外高校培养家政专业建设的经验的基础上,对我国大陆地区应用型高校家政学专业建设提供实践指导。本研究的主要结构分为六大部分,具体如下:第一章为绪论部分。首先,本文对研究背景以及此研究意义作了论证说明,并从应用型本科专业建设和家政人才培养这两个方面对已有的研究情况进行了全面而综合的文献梳理和概括,对于研究涉及到的核心概念进行界定,并在此基础上明确了本研究的目标、方法及技术路线。第二章基于系统理论构建了应用型本科家政学专业建设的分析框架。本章以系统理论为指导构建应用型本科家政学专业建设分析框架,一方面为应用型本科专业建设的理论研究提供一个新的理论视角,另一方面也通过这个分析框架为应用型本科高校家政学专业建设提供实践指导。第三章分析了应用型本科家政学专业建设的动力来源。从外部产业需求和教育内部需求两个角度对应用型本科高校家政学专业建设的动力来源进行剖析。第四章是对应用型本科家政学专业建设的现状分析。通过访谈法对应用型本科家政学专业建设的真实情况进行调研,并基于第二章构建的分析框架要素,对我国应用型本科家政学专业建设的过程进行解读,归纳出当前家政学专业人才培养中所面临的真实情况。第五章是对境外类似高校开展家政专业建设的经验总结。采用案例分析法对英国诺兰德学院和中国台湾实践大学家政专业建设的经验进行解读。第六章是基于前文已有研究,对我国应用型本科家政学专业建设提出优化策略。在把握我国应用型本科家政学专业建设面临的问题以及境外有关高校家政专业建设经验的基础之上,借境外的建设经验对我国大陆应用型本科家政学专业建设提出具体的优化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the steady development of the economy,the income of residents has continued to rise,and more and more families have a demand for high-quality and diversified housekeeping services.It is an urgent demand for high-quality home economics talents who have received higher education for the upgrading of industrial structure of home economics.To alleviate the contradiction between expanded development scale in service industry of home economics and the shortage of high-level talents,for the first article of “Opinions on improving the quality and expanding capacity of the home economics service industry”published by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China released on Jun.26,2019 Opinions on Promoting Quality Improvement and Expansion of the Housekeeping Industry,the Article 1 in which specifies "in principle,each province shall have an undergraduate school and several vocational colleges(including technical colleges,the same below)which open housekeeping service related majors and expand the enrollment scale." But the universities,which as the main body of the construction of home economics major,have encountered many difficulties in cultivation of such talents from the perspective of both the social recognition of such talents and the schooling practice of undergraduate schools.Therefore,this paper explores the construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics major from the perspective of system theory.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the external demand of the construction of the home economics major in application-oriented universities and the real situation of the construction of the home economics major in universities based on constructing an analytical framework for the construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics major.In addition,this paper provides the practical guidance for construction of application-oriented home economics major in colleges and universities from mainland in China by relying on experience of the construction of home economics major in overseas colleges and universities.This paper is composed of six major parts:Chapter One: This part mainly discusses the origin of the subject and the research significance,analyzes and summarizes the general situation of relevant research on application-oriented undergraduate college and housekeeping talent cultivation,defines the core ideas in research and specifies the research idea and method.Chapter Two: Analysis framework construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics under the guidance of system theory.This paper constructs an analysis framework for the construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics under the guidance of system theory.On the one hand,this paper provides a new theoretical perspective for the theoretical research on the construction of application-oriented undergraduate majors.On the other hand,this paper also provides practical guidance for the construction in application-oriented undergraduate home economics through analysis framework.Chapter Three: Analysis of the external demand of the construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics majors.In combination with the Housekeeping management practice of colleges and universities and through practice survey and text analysis,the current status and the real dilemma of Chinese colleges and universities in cultivation of Housekeeping talents with a bachelor’s degree are analyzed and interpreted.Chapter Four: Analysis of the present situation of the construction of applied undergraduate home economics majors.This paper investigates the real situation of the construction of the application-oriented undergraduate home economics majors.Meanwhile,based on the constructed analysis framework elements,this paper interprets the process of the construction of the application-oriented undergraduate home economics in China and sums up the real situation in the training of the talents of the home economics major.Chapter Five: Similar experience of home economics major construction in overseas universities.This paper interprets the experience of the construction of home economics major in Norland College and Chinese Taiwan Shih Chien University through case analysis.Chapter Six: Suggestions on China’s cultivation of housekeeping talents in application-oriented undergraduate college.On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of Chinese colleges and universities in managing the Housekeeping,the experience of application-oriented undergraduate home economics from mainland in China by relying on overseas construction experience based on grasping the problems faced by the construction of application-oriented undergraduate home economics major in China and experience in the construction of home economics major in overseas universities.更多还原
