【摘要】 细部是建筑建造与表达的结合,具备营建的特征,浙南地区传统建筑文化技艺中的细部操作,更是在历代工匠的打磨下,成为建筑地域文化中最具建造特性的部分。当前旅游建筑设计注重地域特色的体现,且不一味追寻古制。本文探讨在新的建造技术背景下,浙南地区旅游建筑细部设计实现地方特色的体现的策略和手法。首先,通过对建筑细部的产生和发展的研究,指出建筑细部作为最小局部的重要作用,并对细部的具体分类和不同设计手法进行讨论,总结细部设计对建筑整体地域性表达的意义。其次,剖析浙南地区自然、人文、技术三方面因素对细部的影响,指出浙南地区的建筑细部是如何形成自身的特色的设计,以及在材料与营建、结构与木作、雕刻与装饰不同方面的建筑细部表现。并结合当代建造现状,讨论细部的地域化实践的挑战和意义。接着,基于浙南仙居云溪旅游小镇设计项目,将浙南地区的细部元素、构件节点关系和细部装饰特征,结合当代构造和建造的具体技术手段,分类研究了云溪小镇建筑功能性细部、结构性细部、形态性细部、表现性细部的具体设计策略。最后,在前述的细部设计策略框架之上,以云溪小镇设计为例,概述总结出浙南地区旅游建筑细部设计需要遵循原则。即建筑作为一个有机整体,细部设计需要实现局部和整体的一致,从而实现片区规划的整体性,外部空间的连续性。以及,在当今的新材料和新技术背景下,构造节点更是需要在实现建造经济性,体现时代性的同时,与古为新,忠于地域的材料与文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The detail design of architecture closely relates to construction,and has a significant effect on the architectural expression.The traditional construction skills of southern Zhejiang used in detail design has been improved by the craftsmen of all generations,and has become the most constructional part of the regional culture.Nowadays,tourism architecture focuses on the embodiment of regional characteristics,and does not blindly pursue ancient systems,but concentrates more on refined quality and high completion.The article discusses the strategies of realizing local characteristics of architecture in southern Zhejiang under the background of new construction technology.First,through the research on the generation and development of architectural details,it points out the important role of architectural details as the smallest part,discusses the specific classification of the details and different design methods.Moreover,it summarizes the significance of the detailed design to the whole building.In addition,by analyzing the influence of the three factors of nature,humanities and technology on the details in southern Zhejiang,the research points out how the architectural details in southern Zhejiang have formed their own unique designs,as well as differences in materials and construction,structure and woodwork,carving and decoration.With the new technology nowadays,architecture regional practice in detail faces challenges.Then,based on the design project of Yunxi Town in Xianju in southern Zhejiang,the detail design strategy is analyzed through the perspective of node and decorative features of southern Zhejiang.By combining the contemporary construction technology and local culture,detail of Yunxi Town is introduced in four aspects,including functional detail design,structural detail design,morphological detail design,and expressive detail design.Finally,according to the strategy framework and the detail design of Yunxi Town,the principles of the detailed design of architecture in southern Zhejiang have been summerized.That is,as an organic whole,the detailed design needs to achieve the consistency,so as to achieve the integrity of the area planning and the continuity of the external space.In addition,by using the new materials and technology,the construction nodes have to take economical factors in to consideration.Furthermore,the detail design shoud be consistent with regional culture environment.更多还原
