【摘要】 现阶段,制约我国制造业高质量发展的关键短板是缺乏核心技术、企业自主创新的动力不足,尤其是处于价值链低端的中小制造企业。与其形成鲜明对比的是,德国隐形冠军注重技术更新和创新开发,在各细分行业内取得全球领先的地位。我国工信部参考德国隐形冠军的标准遴选出257家单项冠军,其中不少企业在细分领域已达国际先进水平,却鲜为人知。目前学术界对我国制造业隐形冠军尚未形成统一的识别标准,对其创新驱动因素和作用机制缺乏专门的研究。为此,本文在企业、行业和区位三个层面系统考察了我国隐形冠军自主创新驱动因素并构建其自主创新动力机制,以深化对企业创新驱动机制多样性和复杂性的认识,并为推进我国中小企业自主创新、培育更多的隐形冠军提供实践启示。首先,本文系统地回顾后发企业技术追赶相关理论,在分析隐形冠军自主创新动力来源的基础上,从内部、外部、内外部驱动因素及作用机制三方面构建自主创新动力机制的分析框架,并提出隐形冠军自主创新动力机制的研究假设。其次,结合已有的评价标准、判定方法以及我国制造业的现状来构建识别标准,从工信部遴选的单项冠军中筛选出76家制造业隐形冠军;并通过与德国隐形冠军在细分行业、国际化与市场份额、创新能力等方面的比较,剖析我国隐形冠军的发展现状与特征。再次,通过对76家隐形冠军的数据统计,运用结合定性和定量优势的多重因果分析方法——模糊集定性比较分析(fs QCA)对样本企业自主创新的动力机制进行实证检验,得出以下结论:隐形冠军自主创新驱动因素具有多重并发和殊途同归的特点,单一因素不能构成自主创新的必要和充分条件;隐形冠军自主创新的动力机制可归纳为内部驱动、内外协同驱动、外部驱动,其中以企业家精神、研发投入为核心的内部动力模式是最为常见的;在特定情境中,研发投入与竞争结构、行业外资与区位环境具有替代关系。通过实证结果,针对每种动力模式选取典型案例企业对具体因素的作用机制进行进一步分析。最后,基于我国制造业隐形冠军自主创新动力机制的机理分析、实证检验与典型案例分析,本文提出了中小制造业企业自主创新的对策建议。在企业内部,要完善公司治理,注重研发投入并加强企业家精神;在企业外部,政府要营造优良创新环境,并引进高质量外资;同时,企业自主创新要加大内外部资源的整合与匹配,形成促进自主创新的合力。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the present stage,the key weaknesses that restrict the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing industry lack core technologies and enterprises lack the motivation for independent innovation,especially the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises at the lower end of the value chain.In stark contrast,the German hidden champion focuses on technological renewal and innovation,and achieves a global leading position in each industry segment.Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology selects 257 individual champions according to the criteria of Germany’s hidden champions,among which many enterprises have reached the international advanced level in the field of segmentation,but few people know about them.At present,the academic circles have not formed a unified identification standard for the hidden champion of Chinese manufacturing industry,and there is a lack of special research on its innovation driving factors and action mechanism.In this paper,the enterprise,industry and location system hidden champions in independent innovation driving factors and construct its independent innovation dynamic mechanism,in order to deepen the understanding of the diversity and complexity of innovation drive mechanism,and to promote our country small and medium-sized enterprise independent innovation,cultivating more hidden champions provide practical implications.First of all,this paper systematically reviews the coma enterprise technology after related theory,on the analysis of the hidden champions,on the basis of independent innovation power source,from internal and external,internal and external driving factors and mechanism of three aspects: constructing independent innovation dynamic mechanism analysis framework,and put forward the hidden champions innovation dynamic mechanism research hypothesis.Secondly,the paper identifies and analyzes the status and characteristics of the hidden champions in Chinese manufacturing industry.Based on the existing evaluation criteria,determination methods and the status quo of Chinese manufacturing industry,the identification criteria were constructed,and 76 hidden champions were selected on the basis of individual champions.On the other hand,based on the comparison between Chinese and German hidden champions,this paper analyzes the status quo and characteristics of Chinese hidden champions from the aspects of market share and innovation ability.Again,the paper explores the dynamic mechanism of 76 domestic hidden champions’ independent innovation by using the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fs QCA)method.The conclusions are as follows: hidden champions innovation drive has the characteristics of multiple concurrent and all roads lead to Rome,any single factor can not constitute the necessary and sufficient condition for the independent innovation;The driving force mechanism of independent innovation of hidden champions in Chinese manufacturing industry can be summarized as internal driving force,internal and external coordination,and external driving force mode,among which the internal driving force mode with entrepreneurship and R&D investment as the core is the most common.In a specific situation,R&D investment has a substitution relationship with competitive structure,industry foreign capital and location environment.Based on the empirical results,3typical enterprises are selected for each dynamic model to analyze the independent innovation mechanism of specific factors。Finally,based on the mechanism analysis,empirical test and typical case analysis of the driving force mechanism of invisible champions in Chinese manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for independent innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Within the enterprise,the enterprise should improve corporate governance,pay attention to research and development investment and strengthen entrepreneurship;Outside the enterprise,the government should create a good environment for innovation and introduce high-quality foreign capital.At the same time,enterprise independent innovation should increase the integration and matching of internal and external resources to form a joint force to promote independent innovation.更多还原
