【摘要】 人工智能是创新科技,不断地推动人类生产、生活方式前进。但与此同时,如何治理人工智能技术,使其在促进社会发展的同时,能与人类和谐共存等问题,也引起了世界各国的广泛关注,特别是责任伦理问题。本文从责任伦理的角度深入探究如何确保人工智能持续健康发展。全文共由六个章节组成:第一章是绪论,主要在于全面地介绍本文的研究背景、目的与意义,研究思路与方法。更主要的是,该部分还进行了研究综述,以便基于目前研究空白力求创新,同时,也据此确定整个文章的研究框架,对后面各个章节起到提纲挈领的作用。第二章基于此前文献综述的结果,从理论的角度探究人工智能与责任伦理的关系,以在厘清两者关系的基础上,提出责任伦理视野下人工智能技术问题。该章全面地阐述了人工智能技术、责任伦理的定义、发展及应用,并辩证地分析了两者的相关性,与用责任伦理约束人工智能技术的必要性。第三章承接第二章对两者关系的探究,分析了责任伦理视野下人工智能技术问题,如设计、制造、使用过程以及黑客攻击造成的问题,并分别对应提出成因,如“技术缺陷”等。第四章承上启下,基于此前问题成因分析,确定了人工智能责任伦理问题的应对原则:通用应对原则:责任原则、生态原则,以及具体应对原则:前瞻性原则、关护性原则、持续性原则以及知情同意原则。第五章在第四章提出原则的基础上,提出通用应对策略与具体应对策略。其中,通用应对策略包括“构建责任伦理共同体责任应对策略”、“营造人工智能绿色圈生态应对策略”;具体应对策略包括“技术层面前瞻应对策略”、“科学家关护应对策略”、“制度规范应对策略”、“公众强化知情监督应对策略”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Artificial intelligence is an innovative technology that continuously pushes forward human’s production and lifestyle.However,how to harness artificial intelligence technology to promote the development of human society,and how to make it develop in a harmonious state with human beings have triggered off world-wide attention,especially the relevant ethical issues of responsibility..This paper is aimed to integrate all factors concerned by separating the system of the responsibility ethics of AI from the whole ethics.The paper consists of six chapters: Chapter One is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background,purpose and significance as well as research ideas and methods;more importantly,this part also carries on the research summary;in order to strive for the innovation based on the blank of the current research blank,this part builds up a framework of the whole article.Chapter Two,based on the results of previous literature review,explores the relationship between AI technology and the responsibility ethics concerned from a theoretical perspective,helping to clarify the relationship between the two and propose the technical problems of artificial intelligence from the perspective of responsibility ethics.This chapter comprehensively expounds the definition,development and application of AItechnology and responsibility ethics,dialectically analyzing their correlation and the necessity of restricting artificial intelligence technology with responsibility ethics.Chapter Three explores the relationship of both,and analyzes the technical problems of artificial intelligence from the perspective of responsibility ethics,such as the problems caused by designer,manufacturer,user and hacker attacks.Also,it illustrates the causes,like “technical defects”.Chapter Four,on the basis of the previous analysis,puts forward the principles of dealing with the ethical issues caused by AI technology.One part is general principles: responsibility principles and ecological principles;the other is subdivision principles: prospective principles,protection principles,sustainability principles,and informed consent principles.Chapter Five suggests general coping strategies and subdivision strategies respectively on the basis of the principles raised before.Among them,general coping strategies include “constructing responsibility ethics community” and “constructing artificial intelligence green circle ecological coping strategy”.subdivision strategies covers “technology foresight coping strategy”,“scientist protection coping strategy”,“system regulation coping strategy”,and “public strengthening informed supervision coping strategy”.This can set the value goal for the development of this technology,and give full play to the role of responsibility ethics so as to place it in the social and cultural dimension.Also,this paper makes a prospect that artificial intelligence should be more closely intertwined with other disciplines and become an independentindividual,and that in order to make artificial intelligence technology truly benefit mankind,the responsibility ethics concerned should be constructed scientifically,comprehensively and reasonably by researchers and developers,scientist,law makers and mass.更多还原
