【摘要】 随着政务信息化建设的不断深入,政务信息化软件研发企业得到了快速的发展,在完善政务管理的同时,也使得诸多软件开发企业之间的竞争进入白热化。因此,如何紧跟政策红利,完善自身的发展战略已经成为科技公司需要考虑的关键问题。本文以经典战略管理理论为基础,对LL公司发展战略问题进行了研究,在本文研究的过程中,本文首先对LL公司组织架构、商业模式、主要财务指标、主营业务发展现状进行梳理,分析发展战略缺失的问题和危害,包括缺乏明确的产品研发方向来匹配公司的发展、缺少系统化的商业模式来支撑业务开辟、决策质量的管理和内控保障支持不足、缺少长远规划和公司定位等问题;针对问题运用外部战略要素评价矩阵和内部战略要素评价矩阵的方法,从宏观环境、产业环境以及竞争环境多个方面对LL公司面临的机会以及威胁进行了分析,从内部资源和内部能力两方面对LL公司的优势和劣势进行了分析;在此基础上选用SWOT分析模型构建公司可行的发展战略集合,选用安索夫矩阵框架搭建发展战略总体方案,给出了将发展战略进一步分解为短期计划、中期规划和长期战略的建议并给出了每个阶段的考核目标;最后,提出包括组织架构、内部控制、人力资源及文化建设、资金等方面的保障性措施和建议,以支持公司发展战略顺利实施。本文由四部分构成,首先阐述选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究文献综述、研究思路与技术路线、研究内容结构与安排;第二部分完成了LL公司企业概况、政务平台信息化管理业务发展现状和政务平台信息化管理业务发展战略存在的不足及危害的分析;第三部分进行了发展战略制定的外部环境分析和内部条件分析;第四部分完成了基于SWOT分析的发展战略类型选择、基于安索夫矩阵的发展战略总体方案构建、发展战略实施计划以及发展战略实施的保障性措施构建;最后是结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Government information software enterprises have developed rapidly.While improving government management,the competition among many software development enterprises has become white hot.Therefore,how to keep up with the policy dividend and improve their own development strategy has become a key issue for technology companies to consider.Based on the classic strategic management theory,this paper studies the development strategy of LL software company.business model,main financial indicators and main business development status of LL software company,and analyzes the problems and hazards of the lack of development strategy,It has been matching the development of the company,the lack of systematic business model to support business development,the lack of decision-making quality management and internal control support,the lack of long-term planning and company positioning,and so on.Aiming at the problems,it uses the external strategic elements evaluation matrix and internal strategic elements evaluation matrix method to analyze LL technology from the macro environment,industrial environment and competitive environment The opportunities and threats faced by the company are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of LL software company are analyzed from the internal resources and internal capabilities.On this basis,the SWOT analysis model is used to build the feasible development strategy set of the company,and the ansov matrix framework is used to build the overall development strategy plan,internal control,human resources and cultural construction.Structure and arrangement of research content;the second part completes the analysis of the enterprise overview,the development status of land acquisition and demolition information management business and the development strategy of land acquisition and demolition information management business;third,it analyzes the shortcomings and hazards of the development strategy of land acquisition and demolition information management business;third The third part analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of the development strategy;the fourth part completes the selection of development strategy type based on SWOT analysis,,the construction of development strategy implementation plan and the construction of development strategy implementation safeguard measures;the last part is the conclusion and prospect.更多还原
