【摘要】 随着校园马拉松的风靡,其赛事风险问题日益凸显。运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地调查、案例分析等研究方法,以风险管理理论为指导,对江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险进行识别、评估,对风险应对现状进行调查,探究江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险管理存在问题及影响因素,提出相应的发展对策。以期为江苏省大学生马拉松联赛乃至全国校园马拉松赛开展风险管理工作提供借鉴。研究结果显示:(1)江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险识别共识别出人员风险、组织管理风险、自然风险等6个一级风险指标,运动员风险、时间风险、信息风险等18个二级风险指标,以及起跑拥堵造成踩踏、电子显示屏故障等48个三级风险指标。(2)风险因素按风险量从高到低排序分别是运动员人身安全(比赛中突发疾病、意外伤害、死亡),工作人员(包括常职人员、赛道医务人员、志愿者等)工作能力与专业性不足等。(3)江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险应对工作布置包括签订合作合同,明确责任利益划分及任务分工;依据安全办赛条件,严格落实赛事审批制度等。(4)苏州大学校园马拉松赛风险应对措施包括成立风险应对团队、制定赛事风险应对预案等。(5)江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险管理存在的问题主要有赛事规章制度不够健全和完善,缺乏专门的赛事风险管理人才等。(6)影响江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险管理的因素主要包括参赛运动员风险意识、赛事风险应对预案与管理措施执行、赛事风险处理效率与经验总结等。江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险管理发展对策是:建立风险管理规章制度,引进风险管理人才;强化领导责任和安全办赛意识,提高风险管理重要性的认识;创新招商引资方法与手段,巩固赞助资源稳定性;重视赛后总结,建立江苏省大学生马拉松联赛风险资料库;强化赛事风险管理培训,创新培训内容与方式;加强赛事的巡查与监督,提升风险预判与处理能力;制定切实可行的工作细则,全面掌控赛事进程;加强科学研究,创新规避转移联赛风险的方式方法;进一步明确参赛条件,加强参赛风险与应对的教育力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularity of campus marathon,the risk of the event has become increasingly prominent.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,field survey and case analysis,and guided by the theory of risk management,this paper identifies and evaluates the risks of college student marathon leagues in Jiangsu Province,investigates the current situation of risk response,analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of risk management of college student marathon leagues in Jiangsu Province,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.In order to provide reference for the risk management of Jiangsu University marathon League and even the national campus marathon.The results show that:(1)the risk identification of Jiangsu University Students marathon League has identified 6 first level risk indicators,including personnel risk,organization and management risk,natural risk,18 second level risk indicators,including athlete risk,time risk,information risk,and 48 third level risk indicators,including stampede caused by starting congestion and electronic display failure.(2)The order of risk factors from high to low is athletes’ personal safety(sudden illness,accidental injury,death in competition),staff(including regular staff,track medical staff,volunteers,etc.)lack of working ability and professionalism,etc.(3)The work arrangement of Jiangsu University marathon League risk response includes signing cooperation contract,clarifying the division of responsibilities and interests and tasks;strictly implementing the approval system of the competition according to the conditions of safe competition.(4)Suzhou University Campus marathon risk response measures include the establishment of risk response team,the development of event risk response plan and so on.(5)The main problems in the risk management of College Students’ marathon League in Jiangsu Province are that the rules and regulations are not perfect and perfect,and there is a lack of specialized risk management talents.(6)The main factors that affect the risk management of Jiangsu University marathon League include athletes’ risk awareness,the implementation of event risk response plan and management measures,the efficiency and experience of event risk management,etc.The Countermeasures for the development of risk management of College Students’ marathon League in Jiangsu Province are as follows:establishing rules and regulations for risk management and introducing risk management talents;strengthening leadership responsibility and awareness of running the game safely and raising awareness of the importance of risk management;innovating methods and means of attracting investment and consolidating the stability of Sponsorship Resources;paying attention to the summary after the game and establishing the risk database of College Students’ marathon League in Jiangsu Province;Strengthen the competition risk management training,innovate the training contents and methods;strengthen the inspection and supervision of the competition,improve the ability of risk prediction and handling;formulate feasible working rules,comprehensively control the process of the competition;strengthen scientific research,innovate ways and methods to avoid the transfer of League risk;further clarify the competition conditions,strengthen the education of competition risk and response.更多还原
