【摘要】 JN金融控股集团公司作为JN市本地代表性的金融控股公司,承担着为JN市实体经济发展及重大工程实施、建设金融中心提供支撑和保障,努力打造成为资本充足、主业突出、资源协同、风险可控的国内一流金融控股集团。虽然目前JN金融控股公司发展迅速,但企业的目前的情况已无法满足市场竞争和未来发展的需要,急需制定一套可执行、高质量的企业发展战略。本文首先阐述了制定JN金融控股集团公司发展战略的背景和重要意义,并简要概述了金融控股公司的界定、发展战略相关理论并介绍了国内外的研究现状。随后说明了目前JN金融控股集团有限公司的情况及困境,结合发展环境分析工具,对公司的外部环境因素、内部资源因素、内部资源优劣势分析并建立评价模型。通过构建SWOT矩阵和QSPM矩阵模型量化数据,得出适合JN金融控股集团公司未来发展的多元化发展的战略,从管理机制、薪酬体系、风控体系、信息技术等各方面制定相关措施保证发展战略落地实施。对JN金融控股集团公司的发展战略研究,可以适应当下金融发展的潮流,具有非常重要的作用及意义,不仅可以直接为JN金融控股集团公司战略选择提供参考选择,也可以为其全面可持续发展提供基础,同时也可以为其他金融控股公司提供借鉴,促进本地金融产业升级,为我国金融控股公司发展奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a representative local financial holding company in JN City,JN Financial Holding Group Company undertakes to provide support and guarantee for the development of real economy,the implementation of major projects and the construction of a financial center in JN City,and strives to build itself into a first-class domestic financial holding group with sufficient capital,prominent main business,coordinated resources and controllable risks.Although JN Financial Holding Company is developing rapidly at present,the current situation of the enterprise can no longer meet the needs of market competition and future development,and it is urgent to develop a set of executable and high-quality enterprise development strategy.This paper first elaborates the background and significance of formulating the development strategy of JN Financial Holding Group Company,and briefly summarizes the definition of financial holding company,relevant theories of development strategy,and introduces the research status at home and abroad.Then it explains the situation and predicament of JN Financial Holding Group Co.,Ltd.at present.Combined with the development of environmental analysis tools,it analyzes the external environmental factors,internal resource factors and the advantages and disadvantages of internal resources of the company and establishes an evaluation model.By constructing quantitative data of SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix model,a diversified development strategy suitable for the future development of JN Financial Holding Group Company is obtained.Relevant measures are formulated from management mechanism,salary system,risk control system,information technology and other aspects to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.To JN financial holding group company’s development strategy research,can adapt to the trend of financial development has a very important role and significance,not only can directly provide a reference for Jacqueline Nottingham financial holding group company strategic choice to choose,can also provide the comprehensive sustainable development foundation,but also can provide reference for other financial holding company,the upgrade of local financial,lay a foundation for development of China’s financial holding companies.更多还原
