【摘要】 世界工业经济正面临大转型,世界市场对传统制造业提出了更高的标准和要求,指明了信息化、智能化的模式必将成为传统制造业发展和升级的最新方向。当前,跨境电商在我国已较快形成蔚为可观的发展规模,其飞速发展使“互联网+国际贸易”成为我国外贸增长的生力军和新动能。随着网民规模的不断增大,跨境电商已逐渐作为制造业升级的重要推手。制造业也可借由跨境电商带来的网购机会,促进我国制造业出口规模的扩大和质量的提升;并发挥我国制造业的规模优势,促进有关外贸企业的发展和升级。当前,作为传统制造业工业基地之一的辽宁省正面临产业结构的深度调整,传统制造业的升级亟待实现。在此背景下,研究辽宁省跨境电商对制造业转型升级的作用,并提出相应的发展建议,将有助于新时期辽宁省抓住跨境电商的发展机遇,加快制造业的智能化、信息化发展。进一步将有助于增加辽宁省相关就业、推动制造业创新和经济结构的深化调整,打造辽宁经济社会发展新动能,从而对辽宁经济在长期上可持续发展的实现具有重要意义。本文主要涵盖五部分内容。第一部分即绪论,主要通过跨境电商和制造业的相关文献锁定本文的研究视角,引出以辽宁省作为研究主体,探究跨境电商发展对制造业转型升级的影响。第二部分对于跨境电商的相关概念进行界定及影响机制分析。第三部分是对辽宁省跨境电商对制造业转型升级的现状分析。第四部分使用Eviews10.0软件,通过建立差分GMM模型进行回归并通过使用面板固定效应模型进行了稳健性检验,实证分析了跨境电商发展等因素对我省制造业转型升级的影响,实证结果表明,核心解释变量跨境电商信息指数对辽宁省制造业转型升级正向影响显著,控制变量经济发展水平、建设资产投入、外商直接投资、金融发展水平也均对我省制造业转型升级能力具有正向促进作用。最后一部分即第五部分是基于实证结论分析,就如何提升辽宁省跨境电商发展提出了七点对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world’s industrial economy is facing a big transformation,the world market has put forward higher standards and requirements for the traditional manufacturing industry,indicating that the information,intelligent mode will become the latest direction of the development and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry.At present,cross-border e-commerce in China has rapidly formed a considerable scale of development,and its rapid development makes "Internet+ international trade" become a new force and new driving force for the growth of China’s foreign trade.With the increasing scale of Internet users,cross-border e-commerce has gradually served as an important push for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry can also take advantage of the online shopping opportunities brought by cross-border e-commerce to promote the expansion of the scale and quality of China’s manufacturing exports;and give full play to the scale advantage of China’s manufacturing industry to promote the development and upgrading of relevant foreign trade enterprisesAt present,Liaoning Province,as one of the industrial bases of traditional manufacturing industry,is facing the deep adjustment of industrial structure,and the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry needs to be realized urgently.In this context,studying the role of cross-border e-commerce in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and putting forward corresponding development suggestions will help Liaoning Province seize the development opportunities of cross-border e-commerce in the new era and accelerate the development of intelligent and information technology in the manufacturing industry.It will further contribute to the increase of relevant employment in Liaoning Province,promote the innovation of manufacturing industry and the deepening adjustment of economic structure,and create new driving forces for Liaoning’s economic and social development,which is of great significance to the realization of Liaoning’s healthy and sustainable economic development.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly focuses on the research perspective of this paper through literature related to cross-border e-commerce and manufacturing,and leads to Liaoning Province as the research subject to explore the impact of cross-border e-commerce development on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The second part defines the relevant concepts of cross-border e-commerce and analyzes its influence mechanism.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry by cross-border e-commerce in Liaoning Province.Fourth part use Eviews10.0 software,by establishing the differential GMM model for regression and fixed effects model by using the panel robustness test,the empirical analysis of the cross-border electricity development on the influence of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in our province,the empirical results show that the core variable cross-border electricity information index significantly impact on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in liaoning province is,control variable level of economic development,the construction of assets investment,foreign direct investment,financial development level also in our province has a positive role in promoting transformation and upgrading of manufacturing capacity.The last part is also the fifth part,is based on the analysis of the empirical findings and proposes six countermeasures on how to enhance the development of cross-border e-commerce in Liaoning Province.更多还原
