天津某进出口公司物流服务供应商选择及任务分配研究

【摘要】 中国经济的持续快速发展为现代物流和服务链管理产业的快速发展提供了良好的宏观环境。近年来,中国的经济增长带动了中国社会物流的快速发展。根据前瞻产业研究所发布的“服务链管理服务行业市场展望和商业模式分析报告”,数据显示,2016年中国社会物流总量为229.7万亿元,按可比价格计算。这比前一年增加了6.1个百分点。随着社会物流总量的增加,中国的社会物流成本(包括运输成本、托管成本和管理成本)也显示了较2016年的相对快速增长。中国社会物流的总成本为11.1万亿元。这一增幅比前一年高出2.9个百分点。天津某进出口公司在此背景下面临着物流方面从成本管理运输到仓储等各方面的压力,如何使企业在业务增长的背景下与物流服务链进行更好的合作,从而为公司节约物流成本,增加物流方面的工作效率,这就涉及到了企业如何选择物流服务供应商以及如何进行物流服务链任务分配的问题。本文系统分析了物流服务链的结构,物流服务链的模式和特点。阐述了物流服务链供应商选择的概念,选择的标准和步骤。说明了物流服务供应链供应商任务分配的流程。系统分析了某进出口公司在钢材出口业务中的物流流程以及存在的问题并提出了一些解决思路。对物流服务能力需求与效率需求进行了分析。对物流服务供应商的选择进行了流程分析,阐明了物流服务供应商选择的原则及效率需求的评价指标体系建立的原则。研究了公司出口物流服务链的任务分配问题并建立了模型。研究了物流服务链任务分配的基本流程与分配模型的建立,用公司的实例证明了物流任务分配所带来的优点。展望了物流服务链在未来中国的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sustained rapid development of Chinese economy provides a good macro environment for the rapid development of modern logistics and service chain management industry.In recent years,China’s economic growth has led to rapid growth in China’s total social logistics.According to the "Service chain Management Service Industry Market Outlook and Business Model Analysis report" released by the Institute of Foresight Industry Research,data show that in 2016,the total amount of social logistics in China was 229.7 trillion yuan,calculated at comparable prices.This was an increase of 6.1 percentage points over the previous year.With the increase of the total amount of social logistics,the cost of social logistics in China(including transportation cost,custody cost and management cost)also shows a relatively rapid growth in the period of 2016.The total cost of social logistics in China is 11.1 trillion yuan.The increase was 2.9 percentage points higher than the previous year.Under this background,an import and export company in Tianjin is facing the pressure of logistics from cost,management,transportation,storage and many aspects.In order to save logistics cost and increase the efficiency of logistics,how to make a better cooperation between the company and the logistics service chain in the condition of business growth.These relate to the selection of logistics service supplier and the task assignment.In this paper,the structure,the mode and the characteristics of logistics service chain are analyzed,and the principles,selection criteria and proceduress of the selection of logistics service supplier are studied and the procedures of task assignmnet are expounded.Systemically analyzed the logistics process and the current situation of steel export of an export and import company in Tianjin.And put forward solutions.The demand of logistics service ability and efficiency and the selection of logistics service providers are analyzed.Clarified the principles of logistics service supplier selection and establishing the evaluation index system of efficiency demand.The task assignment problem of the company’s export logistics service chain and the establishment of the model are researched.The basic process and model of task allocation in logistics service chain are researched.The advantages of logistics task assignment are proved by the example of the company.The future development of logistics service chain in China is prospected.更多还原
