【摘要】 近年来,昆明地区的档案中介服务机构助推了本地档案事务的社会化、市场化服务升级,提升了社会整体档案管理规范程度,丰富了档案的保护与利用形式,推动了本地档案事业的变革与进步,创造了就业岗位和创新创业机会,为昆明经济发展带来新的机遇。纵然其发展已初具规模,但总体上仍处于初级阶段,存在诸如机构自身运营模式存在缺陷、相应的管理机制不够健全、行业评价体系缺位等许多问题,究其根源在于忽略了对所处商业生态环境状况及关系维度的全方位考量。因此,笔者以商业生态为研究的切入视角,运用商业生态系统的结构原理及理论分析方法,综合分析昆明地区档案中介服务机构发展现状及存在问题,并结合昆明实际,提出新的发展战略方案。首先,文章通过对昆明地区档案中介服务机构的发展现状进行深入地分析,阐述了其运营管理中的不足之处,并总结不足之处所在的根源;其次,文章阐释了商业生态的概念、结构、理论分析方法,阐述了其运用于昆明地区档案中介服务机构发展战略制定中的思路,为下文提出新的发展战略奠定了理论基础;最后,文章根据商业生态4P3S七维分析框架,分别从市场、供应链、运营模式、产业结构四个层面提出符合昆明地区实际情况和档案中介服务机构发展需求的发展战略实施路径,并从发展资源保障、政策制度保障、行业环境保障三个维度提出了战略实施路径的保障措施。本文的研究成果,在理论上可作为对地方档案中介服务机构相关研究的补充与拓展,为国内档案中介服务机构在商业生态领域的创新研究提供一定的借鉴。在实践上可为西南及中部欠发达地区的档案中介服务机构制定发展战略时提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the archives intermediary service organizations in Kunming have promoted the socialization and market-oriented service upgrading of local archives affairs,promoted the standard degree of the overall archives management of the society,enriched the form of archives protection and utilization,promoted the reform and progress of local archives undertakings,created employment posts and opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship,and brought new opportunities for the economic development of Kunming.Although its development has begun to take shape,it is still in the initial stage in general,and there are many problems,such as the defects of the organization’s own operation mode,the lack of the corresponding management mechanism,and the absence of the industry evaluation system Therefore,the author takes the commercial ecology as the research angle,uses the commercial ecosystem structure principle and the theory analysis method,synthetically analyzes the Kunming area archives intermediary service organization development present situation and the existence question,and unifies Kunming reality,proposes the new development strategy plan.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of archives intermediary service organizations in Kunming,expounds the deficiencies in its operation and management,and summarizes the root causes of the deficiencies;secondly,it explains the concept,structure and theoretical analysis methods of business ecology,expounds the ideas of its application in the development strategy of archives intermediary service organizations in Kunming,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following new development strategy;Finally,according to the commercial ecology 4P3 S analysis frame,this paper puts forward the implementation path of the development strategy which accords with the actual situation in Kunming area and the development demand of the archives intermediary service organization from the four levels of market,supply chain,operation mode and industrial structure,and puts forward the safeguard measures of the strategic implementation path from the three dimensions of development resources guarantee,policy system guarantee and industry environment guarantee.The research results of this paper can be used to supplement and expand the relevant research of local archives intermediary service in theory,to provide some reference for the innovation research of domestic archives intermediary service institutions in the field of commercial ecology,and to provide reference for the archives intermediary service institutions in the southwest and central underdeveloped areas to formulate the development strategy in practice.更多还原
