【摘要】 互联网的飞速发展,打破了传统行业的竞争格局,许多新兴的互联网公司选择搭建自己的商业生态系统,使得企业间的竞争环境发生了巨大的改变,由之前单个企业间的竞争转变为商业生态系统间的竞争。传统金融机构在面对互联网金融的冲击下,纷纷开始转型,布局科技业务板块并打造以自身业务为主体的商业平台生态系统。但现有文献很少涉及平台生态圈构建机理及对企业绩效影响路径的研究。基于此,本文将深入探究传统金融机构平台生态圈的构建机理及商业模式改变对企业绩效的影响。本文选取了传统金融机构转型先行者中国平安作为案例研究对象,从网络效应和协同效应的角度出发,分别对中国平安平台生态圈中核心业务层和多元业务层的构建机理进行了分析,然后从市场价值和财务绩效两个方面探究了这一商业模式对企业绩效的影响,并提出了构建平台生态圈对于企业绩效的影响路径。通过研究发现,中国平安构建平台生态圈的关键在于激发网络效应和获取协同效应,且不同的业务圈层中所激发的网络效应和获取的协同效应有所差别。同时平台生态圈通过网络效应、协同效应以及投资、筹资活动对企业绩效产生一定的影响,目前看来这一商业模式对中国平安财务绩效的影响还不够明显,并且大量的投资活动带来了一定的财务风险;但长期来看,我们发现中国平安构建平台生态圈后金融资产所占的比例有所提升,改变了企业的资产结构,同时在优化平安收入结构的基础上为平安带来了新的利润增长点,此外其在资本市场上也产生了良好的市场预期。本文的研究不仅深入的探讨了中国平安构建平台生态圈的构建机理及对企业绩效的影响路径。并在此基础上,根据平安现有的不足之处提出了完善平台生态圈的相应建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the Internet has broken the competitive pattern of traditional industries.Many emerging Internet companies choose to build their own business ecosystems,which has greatly changed the competitive environment among enterprises,from the competition among individual enterprises to the competition among business ecosystems.Faced with the impact of Internet finance,traditional financial institutions began to transform one after another,laying out the business sectors of science and technology and building the business platform ecosystem with their own business as the main body.However,the existing literature rarely involves the research on the construction mechanism of the platform ecosystem and the impact path of enterprise performance.Based on this,this paper will deeply explore the construction mechanism of the platform ecosystem of traditional financial institutions and the impact of the change of business model on enterprise performance.This article selects the traditional financial institutions,the forerunner of the transformation of PING AN an as case study object,from the perspective of the network effect and synergistic effect,a core business in the platform for PING AN an ecosystem layer and the construction of diversified business layer mechanism are analyzed,and then from the two aspects of market performance and financial performance to explore the influence of the business model of enterprise performance,and put forward the constructing platform of ecological circle path impact on enterprise performance.Through the research,it is found that the key for PING AN to build the platform ecosystem is to stimulate network effects and obtain synergies,and the network effects and synergies are different in different business circles.At the same time,the platform ecosystem has a certain impact on enterprise performance through network effect,synergy effect,investment and financing activities.At present,the impact of this business model on the financial performance of PING AN is not obvious enough,and a large number of investment activities bring certain financial risks.However,in the long run,we find that the proportion of financial assets in PING AN has increased after the establishment of platform ecosystem,which has changed the enterprise’s asset structure,brought new profit growth points for PING AN on the basis of optimizing its revenue structure,and generated good market expectations in the capital market.This paper not only discusses the construction mechanism of PING AN platform ecosystem and its influence on enterprise performance.And on this basis,according to the existing shortcomings of PING AN put forward the corresponding Suggestions to improve the platform ecosystem.更多还原
