成年人睡眠状态下舒适吹风调控方法研究

【摘要】 睡眠在人的一生中占据着极其重要的地位,睡眠热舒适也越来越受到人们的重视。夏季炎热气候中,人们常以空调来营造稳态低温的睡眠环境,而空调的滥用导致了越来越多的“病态建筑综合症”以及越来越高的建筑能耗。风扇作为一种更加节能的吹风产品也具有相当的改善热舒适的能力,本文希望通过对风扇吹风的研究来证实风扇在夜间睡眠过程中使用的有效性。本文首先对市场上常见的四种类型风扇进行了流场特性的研究,通过持续测试风速来计算各个风扇轴心处的湍流度、功率谱指数等流场特性参数并对结果进行比较和分析,选出了9b扇作为后续实验的气流发生源。针对9b扇,本文进一步测试了风扇到达床部各处的具体风速值,为后续的人体吹风实验提供了风速值的支撑。本文的第二大部分为人体吹风的热舒适实验,包括躺休吹风和整晚睡眠吹风两个部分。对受试者在躺休状态下进行不同档位下的吹风实验,并分析其反馈的主观热舒适、气流等感觉与不同温湿度工况、不同风速之间的关系,得出了热感觉与标准有效温度和风速之间的拟合关系,进而得出了躺休状态下人体达到热中性所需的舒适风速参考区间。在此基础上确定了整晚睡眠工况所需的风速大小,并对受试者进行了不同工况下的整晚睡眠吹风实验,分析和探究了主观睡眠质量、主观热感觉、主观气流感觉、客观皮肤温度、客观脑电波分频能量占比等参数的变化规律,并通过这些参数的结果评价了不同工况下的睡眠质量,发现30℃50%为受试者睡眠质量最好的工况。最后本文基于前述的研究结果,提出了仿睡眠生理节律和正弦风变化两种不同于传统恒定吹风的调控方法,并设计了以恒定吹风方法对参照的整晚睡眠吹风实验来验证其改善效果,根据受试者在三种吹风方法下的主客观指标结果,显示三种方法的优劣排名应为:仿睡眠生理节律调控方法>正弦调控方法>恒定吹风方法。证明仿睡眠生理节律调控方法和正弦调控方法在夜间睡眠过程中的确对受试者的睡眠热舒适和睡眠质量产生了一定的改善效果。

【Abstract】 Sleep occupies an extremely important position in a person’s life,and sleep thermal comfort is getting more and more attention.In the hot summer climate,people often use air conditioning to create a stable low-temperature sleeping environment,and the abuse of air conditioning has led to more and more "sick building syndrome" and higher and higher building energy consumption.As a more energy-saving blower product,the fan also has a considerable ability to improve thermal comfort.This paper hopes to verify the effectiveness of the fan in the night sleep process through the study of the fan blower.In this paper,the flow field characteristics of four common types of fans on the market are first studied.The flow field characteristic parameters such as turbulence and power spectrum index at the center of each fan are calculated through continuous test of wind speed,and the results are compared and analyzed.The 9b fan was selected as the source of airflow for subsequent experiments.For the 9b fan,this paper further tested the specific wind speed value of the fan reaching all over the bed,which provided support for the wind speed value for the subsequent human body blowing experiment.The second major part of this article is the thermal comfort experiment of human hair blowing,which includes two parts: lying hair blowing and sleeping hair blowing all night.The subjects were subjected to blowing experiments in different gears in the state of lying down,and the relationship between the subjective thermal comfort,airflow and other feelings of feedback and different temperature and humidity conditions and different wind speeds was analyzed,and the thermal sensation and The fitting relationship between the standard effective temperature and the wind speed,and then the comfortable wind speed reference interval required for the human body to reach thermal neutrality in the state of lying down.On this basis,the wind speed required for all night sleep conditions was determined,and the subjects were subjected to all night sleep blowing experiments under different working conditions,and the subjective sleep quality,subjective heat sensation,and subjective airflow sensation were analyzed and explored.,Objective skin temperature,objective brain wave frequency division energy ratio and other parameters,and the sleep quality under different working conditions was evaluated by the results of these parameters,and it was found that 30 ℃ 50% was the best sleep quality for the subjects.condition.Finally,based on the aforementioned research results,this paper proposes two different control methods for imitating sleep circadian rhythm and sinusoidal wind,which are different from the traditional constant blowing,and designed a constant blowing method to refer to the overnight sleep blowing experiment to verify its improvement effect According to the results of the subjective and objective indicators of the subjects under the three blowing methods,the ranking of the three methods should be: simulated sleep circadian rhythm control method> sinusoidal control method>constant blowing method.It is proved that the imitation sleep circadian rhythm control method and the sinusoidal control method do have a certain improvement effect on the subject’s sleep thermal comfort and sleep quality during nighttime sleep.
