【摘要】 近年来,我国经济水平增长稳定快速,人们的物质基础进一步得到满足,开始普遍转向对于美好生活的追求,向往更高的精神享受,旅游业在这种需求的刺激下高速增长,“美丽乡村”的政策和乡村旅游业的发展催生了乡村民宿的发展。湘黔桂地区作为国内重要的民宿聚集地,孕育了众多地域性的民宿建筑,促进了乡村旅游的发展。湘黔桂地区坐拥优质的山水和人文资源,然而民宿的质量稂莠不齐,“酒店风”、“仿古风”、“抄袭风”、“布景化”现象较为突出,许多民宿对乡村文化缺乏贴切的逻辑表达。研究从建筑的本体语言出发,以湘黔桂地区的乡村民宿为主要研究对象进行研究,认为:“建构”是乡村民宿进行乡土叙事的现实策略。本文首先对研究涉及到的重要理论和研究对象的发展历程进行论述,梳理了建构文化和文本叙事的理论发展,对其中的重要概念进行了思辨,对建构与叙事的内涵联系进行了研究,并建立起文本叙事视角下建构研究的逻辑框架。以此框架为基础,研究对选取的重要民宿聚居地——湘黔桂地区的乡村民宿进行了具体的案例分析。梳理了湘黔桂地区的乡村民宿的发生与发展。在对具体的11个案例的论述中,结合建造者、设计者和使用者在民宿叙事中的不同作用,从民宿概况、民宿的建造、民宿的叙事三个维度展开。接着对湘黔桂地区乡村民宿的叙事载体进行归纳整理,从材料的使用、构造做法、结构策略三个方面对乡村民宿建构的“物质性”进行了研究,并结合具体语境分析了湘黔桂地区的建构差异性。然后文章又探讨了乡村民宿的建构对乡土叙事的具体呈现,从建构的叙事表达、叙事体验、叙事结构等维度进行了剖析,并结合具体语境分析了乡村民宿的叙事意义。建构的感知研究以现象学为基础,有不同的表现形式。而基于不同的建构策略,对乡村民宿的三种叙事结构,“线性叙事”、“并置叙事”和“拼贴叙事”分别进行了总结研究。最后,在前文研究的基础上,总结了乡村民宿的叙事趋向,从“建筑的本体语言”和“地域性的叙事”两个层面进行了归纳总结,提出更具实操性的策略。文章的最后是对乡村民宿无序的建构现象和民宿建造中“布景化”倾向的回应。为了实现乡村民宿的乡土叙事,建构是重要的技术手段,关注建筑的叙事体验是民宿建造的真正源动力。我们在营造舒适住居空间的同时,要注重建构的构成逻辑、表意手法及叙事方式,注重对乡土文脉的辩证延续,将体验者的地位放在中心,突破观念的束缚来重塑中国乡土场所。概言之,本文初步构建了文本叙事视角下的乡村民宿建构文化研究体系,建立了叙事和建构之间的逻辑关系,并以湘黔桂地区乡村民宿为对象进行了实证研究。本论文试图通过这一完整的逻辑与操作过程,为乡村民宿的实践发展提供基础铺垫。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s economic level has grown steadily and rapidly,and people have gradually turned to the pursuit of higher quality of life and spiritual enjoyment when their material foundations have been met.This demand naturally promotes the rapid growth of tourism and the "Beautiful Countryside" policy And the development of rural tourism has given birth to the development of country houses.As an important homestay gathering place in China,the Hunan,Guizhou and Guangxi area has bred many regional homestay buildings and promoted the development of rural tourism.The Hunan,Guizhou and Guangxi regions have high-quality landscapes and human resources.However,the quality of the homestay varies,and the phenomenon of "hotel style","antique style" and "scenery" is more prominent,and the local narrative is not well carried out.Based on the ontology language of architecture,the research focused on homestay in Hunan,Guizhou,and Guangxi,and concluded that "tectonic" is a realistic strategy for homestays to carry out local narratives.This article first discusses the development of important theories and research objects involved in the study,combs the theoretical development of the tectonic culture and narrative text,speculates on the important concepts therein,and studies the connotation connection between tectonic and narrative,and Establish a logical framework for tectonic research from the perspective of narrative text.Based on this framework,the study conducted a specific case analysis of the selected important homestay settlements—country homestays in Hunan,Guizhou,and Guangxi.The occurrence and development of country homestay in Hunan,Guizhou,and Guangxi are combed.In the elaboration of the specific 11 cases,combining the different roles of builders,designers and users in the narrative of the homestay,the three dimensions of the homestay overview,the tectonic of the homestay,and the narrative of the homestay are launched.Then,the narrative carriers of the country homestay in the Hunan,Guizhou and Guangxi areas are summarized,and the "materiality" of the country homestay tectonic is studied from the three aspects of the use of materials,construction methods,and structural strategies.Gui Di’s tectonic differences.Then the article discusses the concrete presentation of the rural narrative by the tectonic of the country homestay.It analyzes the narrative expression,narrative experience and narrative structure of the tectonic,and analyzes the narrative significance of the country homestay in the context of the specific context.Constructed perception research is based on phenomenology and has different manifestations.Based on different tectonic strategies,the three narrative structures of the country homestay,"linear narrative","co-located narrative" and "collage narrative" were summarized and studied respectively.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the narrative trends of the country homestay are summarized,and summarized from the two levels of “building ontology language” and “regional narrative”,and a more practical strategy is proposed.The final chapter of this chapter is a response to the disorderly construction phenomenon of country homestays and the tendency of "set decorating" in the construction of country houses.In order to achieve the rural narrative of the country homestay,tectonic is an important technical means,and the narrative experience of paying attention to the building is the real source of power for the building of the country homestay.While creating a comfortable living space,we should pay attention to the constructional logic,ideology and narrative methods of the construction,pay attention to the dialectical continuation of the local context,put the experiencer’s position at the center,and break the shackles of concepts to reshape the Chinese local place.In summary,this article preliminarily constructs a country homestay tectonic culture research system from the perspective of narrative text,establishes the logical relationship between narrative and tectonic,and conducts empirical research on country homestay in Hunan,Guizhou and Guangxi.This paper attempts to provide a foundation for the practical development of country homestay through this complete logic and operation process.更多还原
