面向增材制造企业ERP系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 在《中国制造2025》中,首要目标之一是到2020年制造业信息化水平大幅度提高。ERP系统是制造业信息化基础和关键。市场上现有的标准ERP系统是根据批量生产定型产品的生产模式设计的,很难满足增材制造企业的按照订单定制生产的管理需求。本课题中研究对象就是典型的增材制造企业,该企业迫切需要开发一套既满足当前业务需求,又适合长期发展的ERP系统,解决企业管理存在的问题,提高企业核心竞争力。为此本文针对该企业生产特点以及业务需求进行了ERP系统的设计和开发,并对开发的系统进行了测试,验证了系统功能满足用户需求。具体工作如下:首先,分析了增材制造生产管理特点以及信息化现状,总结企业管理存在的问题,采用面向对象的方法对增材制造企业ERP系统进行了需求分析,通过UML用例图描述系统各模块的参与者以及具体功能。其次,从功能设计、架构设计以及数据库设计三方面描述ERP系统整体设计方案。根据需求分析将ERP系统功能划分为生产管理、采购管理、销售管理、客户管理、库存管理、项目管理、设备管理以及人事管理8大模块,对模块功能、系统架构以及数据库做了详细设计。最后,提出采用面向对象开发方法和模块化开发策略对ERP系统进行开发,界面层使用HTML、CSS、XML和JS结合的方法,在中间层采用ORM框架对数据模型和业务逻辑模型进行了封装,数据存储层采用开源数据库Postgre SQL来存储企业数据。总结ERP系统的开发核心,业务数据和业务逻辑开发以及可视化视图开发,形成了一套标准的开发模板,利用该模板可以缩短ERP系统开发周期,节约开发成本,统一开发界面,增强代码可读性。实现了包含生产管理、采购管理、销售管理、客户管理、库存管理、项目管理、设备管理以及人事管理功能模块的ERP系统,并且设计测试用例测试ERP系统,分析测试结果,验证了系统各项功能满足企业管理需求,通过此系统的实施可以达到整合企业资源,规范业务管理,指导生产的目的,该企业后续的信息化建设工作可以以此系统为基础进行。
【Abstract】 In "made in China 2025",one of the primary goals is to substantially improve the level of manufacturing informatization by 2020.ERP system is the basis and key of manufacturing informatization.The existing standard ERP system in the market is designed according to the production mode of batch production of finalized products,which is difficult to meet the management requirements of additive manufacturing enterprises for customized production according to orders.The research object of this subject is a typical additive manufacturing enterprise,which urgently needs to develop a set of ERP system that not only meets the current business needs,but also is suitable for long-term development,solves the existing problems of enterprise management,and improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.For this reason,this paper designs and develops the ERP system according to the production characteristics and business requirements of the enterprise,and tests the developed system to verify that the system functions meet the needs of users.The specific work is as follows:First of all,it analyzes the characteristics of additive manufacturing and production management as well as the current situation of informatization,summarizes the existing problems of enterprise management,uses the object-oriented method to analyze the requirements of additive manufacturing enterprise ERP system,describes the participants and specific functions of each module of the system through UML use case diagram.Secondly,the overall design of ERP system is described from three aspects: function design,architecture design and database design.According to the demand analysis,ERP system functions are divided into eight modules: production management,purchase management,sales management,customer management,inventory management,project management,equipment management and personnel management.The functions,system architecture and database of the modules are designed in detail.At last,the paper puts forward the method of object-oriented development and modular development to develop ERP system.The interface layer uses the method of combining HTML,CSS,XML and JS.The middle layer uses the ORM framework to encapsulate the data model and business logic model.The data storage layer uses the open-source database Postgre SQL to store enterprise data.This paper summarizes the development core of ERP system,the development of business data and business logic,and the development of visual view,and forms a set of standard development template.By using this template,the development cycle of ERP system can be shortened,the development cost can be saved,the development interface can be unified,and the code readability can be enhanced.The ERP system including production management,purchase management,sales management,customer management,inventory management,project management,equipment management and personnel management function modules has been realized,and design the test case test ERP system,analyze the test results,verify that the functions of the system meet the needs of enterprise management,through the implementation of this system can achieve the purpose of integrating enterprise resources,standardizing business management,guiding production,the follow-up information construction of the enterprise can be based on this system.
