【摘要】 风险管理已成为现代项目管理中的重要组成部分。良好的风险管理是提高企业管理水平,促进企业持续健康发展的重要举措。开发建设项目实际上是一次性的、涉及到许多变数与关系的复杂系统,影响该系统的风险因素众多,关系错综复杂。项目能否取得成功具有很大不确定性,所以说开发建设项目管理的核心就是对风险的管理。在土地开发建设项目风险管理中,应进行科学的风险识别、风险评价和风险控制。首先从建设项目的背景意义和国内外项目风险管理研究的现状出发,说明研究的内容及方法。接着,从项目风险管理的概念、风险的识别、评价和控制等角度,介绍了项目风险管理的相关理论及方法。然后,介绍了首钢园区梦想科技城建设项目概况,结合首钢园区科技城建设项目,其背景、项目风险管理目标与特征,对其开发建设过程中风险识别的过程与方法进行分析,对该项目开发建设过程中的各种风险因素进行了分类。最后,通过对各种风险因素的评价,结合实际情况,制定了该项目风险应对与控制计划,在过程中采取积极的防范控制措施,有效规避各类风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Risk management has become an important part of modern project management.Good risk management is an important measure to improve the enterprise management level and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.The development and construction project is actually a one-off and complex system involving many variables and relations,the success of the project has a lot of uncertainty,so that the core of the development and construction project management is the risk management.Scientific risk identification,risk assessment and risk control should be carried out in the risk management of land development and construction projects.First of all,from the background and significance of the construction project and the current situation of domestic and foreign project risk management research,the contents and methods of the research.Then,from the definition of project risk management,risk identification,evaluation and control point of view,this paper reviews the relevant theories and methods of project risk management.Then,according to the Shougang science and Technology Park City construction projects,combined with the background,project risk management objectives and characteristics of the development and construction process of risk identification process and the method of analysis of various risk factors during the construction of the project are classified.Finally,through the evaluation of various risk factors,combined with the actual situation,the development of the project risk response and control plan,in the process to take active preventive measures to effectively avoid all kinds of risks.更多还原
