【摘要】 我国经济社会的不断变革,促进了生产力水平的极大的提高,生产方式也发生了质的变化,银行职工的工作方式更是朝着网络化、高度智能化的方向发展,银行职工的工作只需要一台计算机就能完成任务,加之当代中国社会生活水平大幅度提高,一些与久坐、肥胖有关的疾病开始滋生,职工的体质情况快速下降,在影响自身健康的同时,银行市场核心竞争力就会受到影响,也不利于银行企业文化的建设。银行办公设备不断升级、优化的前提下,银行职工的良好健康的身体状态,更加有利于银行服务质量的提升,是企业文化的重要组成部分,有利于企业核心竞争力的提升。本研究以北京市五家国有股份制商业银行的体育管理现状以及职工的体育锻炼参与现状、问题及管理模式作为研究对象。选择当前在国有股份制商业银行中有代表性的中信银行、招商银行、兴业银行、中国民生银行、中国光大银行五所国有股份制商业银行作为具体访谈和调查对象。利用文献资料法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法进行银行职工体育开展及管理现状的调查,深入探讨在当前时代背景下,国有股份制商业银行职工体育管理现状、企业职工参与锻炼情况进行调查分析,进而提出企业特有的管理模式、发展对策。通过调查分析得到以下结论:(1)社会主义市场经济下北京市国有股份制商业银行职工体育管理模式主要以工会管理和俱乐部管理模式组成。工会管理模式是承袭了计划经济下的职工体育管理模式,但是其实际的管理方式发生了本质的变化,银行机构对职工体育的领导力加强,政府逐渐淡化具体管理变为督导和监督。俱乐部管理模式的发展并不是很成熟,但是这种管理方式是今后银行体育管理的趋势,银行职工体育也在走向社会化和市场化,专业的俱乐部参与其中有利于职工体育的市场化发展。(2)银行领导重视程度对职工的体育认知直接的影响。银行机构设有专门的职工体育活动经费,但是大多用于每年一届的职工体育运动会,没有职工日常体育活动的经费,经费有限。整体来看银行职工体育运动会主要项目,传统竞技的体育运动项目逐渐淡出历史舞台,取而代之的是一些趣味性的团队项目游戏。银行机构的体育锻炼场馆严重不足,不能满足职工体育锻炼需要,银行职工进行锻炼逐渐向社区体育活动场所、营业性质的健身会所、公园场地等转移,越来越多的职工认同体育锻炼带给自己诸多益处。(3)北京市国有股份制商业银行职工参与的体育活动内容更加偏向娱乐性、休闲性、游戏性的特点,员工更多重视运动项目的健身效果和娱乐效果。(4)北京市国有股份制商业银行职工参与体育锻炼的意愿较为强烈,运动动机较为明确,但是实际的参与程度较低,银行领导对职工体育重视程度有限,银行对职工体育的宣传工作不到位,职工对体育锻炼的重要性认识不足,职工体育消费观较为保守。(5)北京市国有股份制商业银行内部员工体育运动团体开始出现,并且逐渐增多,这种自下而上的运动方式吸引了越来越多的员工,在职工体育发展过程中,自发体育运动团体正在成为一种不可或缺的力量发挥着作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The continuous changes in economy and society in our country have promoted the great improvement of the level of productive forces,and the mode of production has also undergone qualitative changes.The working methods of bank workers are developing in the direction of networking and high intelligence.The work of bank workers can only need one computer to complete the task.In addition,the living standards of contemporary Chinese society have been greatly improved,and some diseases related to sedentary and obesity have begun to breed.With the rapid decline of the physique of the staff and workers,while affecting their own health,the core competitiveness of the bank market will be affected,which is not conducive to the construction of the bank corporate culture.Bank office equipment continues to upgrade,optimize the premise of silver The good and healthy physical condition of the staff and workers is more conducive to the improvement of bank service quality,is an important part of corporate culture,and is conducive to the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises.This study focuses on this,taking the present situation and countermeasures of the sports management of the staff and workers of the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks in Beijing as the starting point,using the methods of literature,field interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics to investigate the development and management of the sports of the staff and workers of the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks in order to clarify the situation and existing problems of the sports development of the staff and workers of the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks in the existing stage,and from the reality of the current social development,Make some suggestions.Through investigation and analysis,the author draws the following conclusions:(1)Under the socialist market economy,the sports management mode of the staff and workers of the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks in Beijing is mainly composed of the trade union management and the club management mode.The management mode of trade union inherits the management mode of staff and workers’ sports under the planned economy,but its actual management mode has undergone essential changes.The leadership of banking institutions to staff sports has been strengthened,and the government has gradually desalinated the specific management into supervision and supervision.The development of club management mode is not very mature,but this kind of management mode is the trend of bank sports management in the future,and the sports of bank staff and workers are also moving towards socialization and marketization.The participation of professional clubs is beneficial to the sports of staff and workers.The development of marketization.(2)The bank leaders have a certain degree of understanding of the employees’ sports,but in the socialist market economic system,the banking institutions attach great importance to the economic benefit.The banking institution is provided with special fund for the sports activities of the staff and workers,but it is generally the annual worker’s physical and sports meeting,and there is no provision for the daily physical activity of the staff,and the fund is limited.As a whole,the main projects of the bank’s staff and workers’ sports activities,the sports items of the traditional competitive sports gradually fade out of the historical stage,and instead are some interesting team project games.The physical exercise venues of the banking institutions are seriously inadequate,they can’t meet the needs of the physical training of the staff,and the training of the staff of the bank gradually The community sports activity place,the business nature of the fitness club,the park site,etc.,more and more workers have recognized the benefits that the physical exercise brings to oneself.(3)Beijing commercial bank staff participate in sports activities content more in favor of entertainment,leisure,play characteristics,staff pay more attention to sports fitness and entertainment effect.(4)The staff and workers of Beijing Bank are more willing to participate in physical exercise,the motivation of sports is more clear,but the degree of actual participation is low,the degree of attention of bank leaders to staff and workers’ sports is limited,the propaganda work of banks to staff and workers’ physical education is not in place,the staff and workers’ understanding of the importance of physical exercise is insufficient,and the concept of sports consumption of staff and workers is more conservative.(5)The sports groups of employees in Beijing Commercial Bank began to appear and gradually increased,which attracted more and more employees from bottom to top.In the process of the development of employee sports,spontaneous sports groups are becoming an indispensable force.更多还原
