【摘要】 全员生产维护(TPM)目前广泛应用于以设备加工为主的制造业,它追求的是设备在整个生命周期内的全效率稼动,核心指标是设备综合效率(OEE)。通过全员参与来实现企业的高质量、低成本及柔性交付的要求,以提高企业的综合竞争力。ZH工厂90%以上的工序依赖设备加工,但在质量、成本及交付方面都不具有优势,最终导致其市场逐渐萎缩。这是由于其设备维护能力不足,快速响应能力较低所导致,主要原因体现在几个方面:缺少实施流程及标准、员工发展不足、绩效评估不合理、资金配置不合理等诸多原因。这在国内的中小企业中具有一定程度的普遍性,因此有必要推行全员生产维护,但大量实践证明,简单套用全员生产维护模式在中小企业中推行是行不通的。因此,本研究将以ZH工厂的实际情况为案例,寻求在中小企业中通过核心流程、人员发展、指标与薪酬结合等方式在中小企业中推行全员生产维护以提升其综合竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Total Productive Maintenance(TPM)is currently widely used in manufacturing industry that using more equipment.It seeks to achieve the full efficiency of equipment in the whole life cycle.Its core metrics is overall equipment efficiency(OEE).Improve comprehensive competitiveness by achieving high quality,low cost and flexibility delivery.In ZH plant,more than 90% processes depend on equipment,but it has no advantage in quality,cost and delivery,which eventually leads to the gradual shrinkage of its market.This is due to its inadequate maintenance capacity and low quick response capacity.The main reasons are manifested in several aspects: short of procedure and standards,inadequate staff development,unreasonable performance evaluation,unreasonable allocation of funds etc.This is common in small and medium-sized enterprises,so it is necessary to push TPM.However,a large number of practices have proved that it is not feasible to simply use TPM model in small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,this study will take the actual situation of ZH as a case to seek a reasonable way to promote TPM in small and medium enterprises by push core procedure,employee development,combination of key performance metrics and salary etc.to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.更多还原
