【摘要】 十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视理想信念的作用,将理想信念教育摆在治国理政的战略位置,多次强调广大青年坚定理想信念的重大意义。百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。新时代高校青年教师不仅是青年群体的重要组成部分,更是我国高等教育事业的主力军。青年教师的身心特点赋予了与青年学生交往互动的天然优势,其言传身教对青年学生思想政治状况有着更为直接、更加深刻的影响,这一独特角色定位决定了高校青年教师坚定理想信念的极端重要性。新时代下,加强高校青年教师理想信念教育,对建设党和人民满意的教师队伍、培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有重大战略意义。当前高校青年教师理想信念教育总体积极健康向上,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题,我们必须高度重视、认真解决。本文在明确高校青年教师理想信念教育的必然性和紧迫性的基础上,坚持理论与实际相统一的原则。首先,从理论维度,深入剖析了高校青年教师理想信念接受的观念养成、价值稳定、理想践履的基本环节,以及高校青年教师理想信念在接受发生、过程、结果中的规律,进而确立了高校青年教师理想信念教育要坚持主体性和主导性相统一、政治性和现实性相统一、当前性和长远性相统一的主要原则。其次,从现实维度,系统总结新时代高校青年教师理想信念教育主要基本做法的立足点、着力点和支撑点,全面分析当前高校青年教师理想信念教育亟待解决的政治信仰和职业理想有待增强、育人意识和师德素养有待提高、理想信念教育实效性有待提升的问题,以及问题产生的社会环境、高校和高校青年教师自身这三个方面的因素。最后,依据理论研究与现实分析,从拓宽青年教师理想信念教育理念思路、丰富青年教师理想信念教育内容形式、改进青年教师理想信念教育方法手段、挖掘青年教师理想信念教育载体方式这四个方面协同创新,为提升新时代高校青年教师理想信念教育实效性提供具有科学性和针对性的解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC held in 2012,the Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the role of ideal and belief,placed the education of ideal and belief in the strategic position of governing the country,and repeatedly stressed the significance of young people’s firm ideal and belief.Centennial plan,education-oriented;educational plan,teacher-oriented.In the new era,College young teachers are not only an important part of the youth groups,but also the main force of China’s higher education.The physical and psychological characteristics of young teachers have given them the natural advantage to interact with young students,and their verbal and personal experience has a more direct and profound impact on the ideological and political situation of young students.This unique role determines the extreme importance of young teachers’ firm ideal and belief.In the new era,strengthening the education of ideal and belief of young teachers in colleges and universities is of great strategic significance to building a team of teachers satisfied with the CPC and the People,and training socialist builders and successors.At present,the education of ideals and beliefs of young teachers in colleges and universities is generally positive and healthy,but there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently.We must attach great importance to and seriously solve them.On the basis of clarifying the inevitability and urgency of the education of ideals and beliefs of young teachers in colleges and universities,this article adheres to the principle of unifying theory and practice.First of all,from the theoretical dimension,it deeply analyzes the basic links of concept formation,value stability,and ideal fulfillment of young college teachers’ ideal and belief acceptance,as well as the rule of college young teachers’ ideal belief in the occurrence,process,and result of acceptance.It establishes the main principles of the ideal and belief education of young teachers in colleges and universities to adhere to the unity of subjectivity and dominance,the unity of politics and reality,the unity of presentness and long-term nature.Secondly,from a practical perspective,it systematically sum up the foothold,focus and supporting points of the main basic practices of ideal and belief education of young teachers in universities in the new era.It comprehensively analyzes the problems of the political beliefs and professional ideals,the awareness of education and teacher ethics,the effectiveness of ideal and belief education that need to be urgently resolved in the current university young teachers’ ideal and belief education.It comprehensively analyzes the three aspects of the social environment,colleges and young teachers themselves arising from these problems.Finally,based on theoretical research and practical analysis,from broadening young teachers’ ideals and beliefs education ideas,enriching young teachers’ ideals and beliefs education content forms,improving young teachers’ ideals and beliefs education methods,and exploring young teachers’ ideals and beliefs education carrier methods,the article provides scientific and targeted solutions for improving the effectiveness of ideal and belief education of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.更多还原
