【摘要】 我国区域经济发展不平衡,由于复杂恶劣的地形条件影响,加之我国贫困山区人口相对较多,对经济社会发展产生了制约作用。云南省位于中国的西南地区,属于以农业经济为主的多民族欠发达省份,地形条件复杂,由于贫困人口众多,云南省是我国脱贫攻坚的主要战场之一。随着脱贫攻坚任务的如期完成,如何巩固脱贫攻坚成果,避免脱贫群众再次陷入返贫,提升农村地区可持续生计能力和增强生计资本储量是需要重点关注的。本文将选取云龙县胜利村为研究地点,主要对云龙县胜利村脱贫农户当前的可持续生计状况进行了解,通过对脱贫农户的调查研究,收集和整理云龙县胜利村脱贫农户的生计资本现状。利用可持续生计框架的生计资本定义对云龙县胜利村脱贫农户的五种生计资本,物质、自然、人力、金融和社会资本进行评价指标体系构建,结合问卷数据的统计分析结果,对云龙县胜利村脱贫农户的生计资本状况进行评价和测定,发现当前胜利村脱贫农户面临的主要生计困境,并结合云龙县胜利村当地实际情况和脱贫农户反馈对困境背后的原因进行挖掘。文章最后根据云龙县胜利村生计情况,提出适用于同类型的身处贫困山区脱贫农户提高可持续生计能力的策略选择:主要通过构建长效帮扶机制;完善生态补偿制度;激发脱贫农户内生动力;健全金融配套政策;构建社会支持网络,充分巩固脱贫攻坚的优良成果,为促成脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有机衔接提供支持条件,进一步保障山区脱贫农户实现可持续生计发展。更多还原
