永磁同步直线电机测试系统研究

【摘要】 永磁同步直线电机因其温度系数低、磁阻力小、控制精度高的特点在现代工业和航空制造业应用广泛。电机测试是电机生产和制定标准的重要环节,现代自动化技术的快速发展为研发新的更为先进的电机测试系统代替传统的测试方式提供条件。本文研究的永磁同步直线电机测试系统综合性能试验平台,应用于直线伺服电机和伺服系统的测试、分析与评价并为制订相关标准提供技术支撑,最终提高直驱电机综合性能、可靠性、稳定性和应用水平。本文研究的主要内容如下:(1)硬件部分,设计了以传感器、驱动系统和数据采集系统为核心的测试系统。对各类硬件型号、技术参数以及原理功能做了详细介绍。(2)软件部分,以虚拟仪器平台完成了软件部分的设计,实现了信号采集、显示、处理、诊断、打印报告等一系列功能,建立了信号分析处理方法,设置了测试系统主界面。(3)完成了永磁同步直线电机各项性能测试。测试系统具有自动测试功能、数据采集、存储和分析功能,实现了永磁同步直线电机动静态参数、输入输出和过程特性的试验和测试。测试系统达到了预期效果,对永磁同步直线电机测试标准制定和测试方法的研究提供了充足的实验数据。
【Abstract】 Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMLSM)is widely used in modern industry and aviation manufacturing industry because of its low temperature coefficient,low magnetic resistance and high control accuracy.Motor test system plays an important part in motor manufacture and institute standard,the rapid development of modern automation technology supply conditions to new research for more advanced motor test system to replace the traditional way of testing.This paper researched and designed linear servo motor and direct servo system’s synthesis performance test table,it serve to the linear servo motor and servo system’s testing,analysis and evaluation,and moreover,provide technical support for made related standards,and ultimately improve the direct-drive product performance,reliability,stability and application levels.Following are the main works of this dissertation.(1)Designed the test system including sensors,drivel system and data acquisition system.The hardware models,technical parameters and principle functions are introduced in detail.(2)Part of the software,virtual instrument platform to complete the software part design,the signal achievement of the collection,display,processing,diagnosis,and a series of functions to print the report,used four signal analysis approach,set up the test system main interface.(3)Completed the linear motor performance test.Linear motor test systems have automatic test features,data management and analysis functions,a friendly operating interface,completed the test of the linear motor static and dynamic parameters,input and output characteristics of the process.The test system achieved the intended effect,and it provided gist of Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor performance evaluation,division application scope and motor further study.
