【摘要】 政府投资审计,在国家经济发展中起着至关重要的地位,随着国家对公共建设的大力推进,政府投资审计工作日益繁重,但目前政府投资审计方面信息化管理尚未完善。审计署早在2001年就启动了“金审工程”,希望能够借助现代信息技术,实现和推进审计工作的信息化进程,从而提高审计工作的效率。政府投资审计实际工作中,被审计单位资料报审、审计汇报、争议问题处理、法制审理与征求意见、报告签发等阶段的管理工作存在一定问题,有很大可以提升改进的空间,本文运用文献研究法、流程优化法、信息分析法等方法对政府投资审计过程中各个阶段的管理需求进行研究,对政府投资审计的现状、审计需求进行分析,引入微信企业号,基于微信企业号对政府投资审计需求进行构建,并通过微信企业号对审计流程进行优化,以使政府投资审计工作更加优质高效。通过对政府投资审计管理需求的研究,能够从一定程度上提高审计质量,提高工作效率,并为将来政府投资审计管理系统的构建和优化提供了一定的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Government investment audit plays a vital role in the development of the country’s economy.With the country’s vigorous promotion of public construction,the government investment audit work is increasingly heavy,but the current information management of government investment audit has not been perfected.The Audit Commission initiated the "Golden Review Project" as early as 2001,hoping to use modern information technology to realize and advance the informationization process of audit work,for improving the efficiency of audit work.In the work of government investment audit,there are certain problems in the management of the audited entity’s data review,audit report,dispute resolution,legal trial and solicitation,and report issuance,has a lot of room for improvement.Research methods,process optimization methods,information analysis methods and other methods study the management needs of various stages of the government investment audit process,analyze the status quo and audit requirements of government investment audits,introduce Enterprise WeChat,and invest in government based on Enterprise WeChat.The audit requirements are built and the audit process is optimized through the Enterprise WeChat to make the government investment audit work more efficient.Through the research on the government investment audit management needs,it can improve the audit quality and improve the work efficiency to a certain extent,and provide a theoretical basis for the future construction and optimization of the government investment audit management system.更多还原
