【摘要】 大理环洱海地区的村镇在快速城镇化和旅游开发的过程中,随着村镇空间形态的快速演化,村镇发展面临着生态环境破坏、用地结构不合理、传统特色文化衰落和社区关系复杂化等诸多问题,研究环洱海地区村镇空间形态演化规律和发展策略也显得尤为迫切。研究以大理环洱海地区独具代表性的双廊滨水旅游小镇为研究案例,探索双廊镇空间形态演变规律、演化动力和新的发展策略,为今后双廊镇和类似地区的发展提供思路和线索。在文献和理论研究的基础上,研究选取双廊镇的核心区域为研究范围,采用文献研究、实地调研和对比分析等研究方法,构建了一个以典型案例为研究切入点、以“经济发展-空间演变-环境等问题-动因分析-建设策略”为主线的研究框架及技术路线。研究内容主要包括双廊镇空间形态的演化历程和演化现象两个方面。演化历程是根据演变特点的阶段性特征,将双廊镇演变历程划分为2000年以前的自然发展时期、2001年至2010年的旅游业萌芽期、2011年至2015年的旅游业爆发期和2016年至今的理性探索期。演化现象研究是从村镇整体形态、用地组成及规模、公共空间、街巷肌理、建筑形态及材料和建筑空间格局等方面对村镇形态进行动态分析。基于对双廊镇空间形态演化历程和演化现象的分析,研究从市场、行政、社会、文化等方面探索了空间形态演化背后的动力因素和规律,梳理出了生态、社会、文化等方面的问题,并从重构生态平衡、合理开发用地、传承地域文化和构建新型社区等方面为双廊镇的可持续发展提出了建设策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of rapid urbanization and Tourism Development,along with the rapid evolution of the spatial form of villages and towns in the area around Erhai Lake,the development of villages and towns is facing many problems,such as the destruction of ecological environment,the unreasonable structure of land use,the decline of traditional characteristic culture and the complication of community relations,it is also urgent to study the Evolution Law and development strategy of the spatial form of villages and towns in the region around Erhai Lake.Based on the case study of Shuanglang waterfront tourist town,which is the representative of the Dali Ring area around Erhai Lake,this explores the evolution law,evolution power and new development strategy of the spatial form of Shuanglang town,it provides the train of thought and clue for the development of Shuanglang town and similar area in the future.On the basis of literature and theoretical research,the core area of Shuanglang town is selected as the research area,and the research methods such as literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis are adopted,this paper constructs a research framework and technical route based on the typical case study,"economic development-spatial evolution-environment and other issues-motivation analysis-construction strategy".The research content mainly includes two aspects: the evolution course and the evolution phenomenon of the spatial form of Shuanglang town.The evolutionary process is based on the characteristics of the stages of evolution,the evolution of Shuanglang town is divided into natural development period before 2000,Tourism Germination period from 2001 to 2010,tourism explosion period from 2011 to 2015 and rational exploration period from 2016 to the present.The study of evolution phenomenon is a dynamic analysis of village and town form from macro,Meso and micro levels.The macro-analysis of the overall shape of the villages and towns,land composition and size of the changes in the meso-analysis of the villages and towns of public space and the texture of streets and lanes;Microscopically,it mainly analyzes the changes of architectural form,style,material and space pattern.Based on the analysis of the evolution process and phenomenon of the spatial form of Shuanglangzhen,this paper explores the dynamic factors and laws behind the evolution of the spatial form from the aspects of market,administration,society and culture,etc.,this paper sorts out the ecological,social and cultural problems,and puts forward the construction strategies for the sustainable development of Shuanglang town from the aspects of reconstructing the balance of nature,rationally developing the land,inheriting the regional culture and constructing the new type community.更多还原
