TW航天电缆组件研制项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 电缆组件作为运载火箭等航天器内部的重要神经脉络,对于航天产品的性能有着极其重要的作用,电源供电和信号控制都离不开电缆组件,其质量决定了航天产品能否成功进入太空。YD公司作为拥有国内最大的电缆组装件生产线的航天产品研制企业,一直致力于提升航天电缆组件的研制质量,对于航天电缆组件研制项目,有着多年的项目管理经验。公司作为传统企业,对于项目的质量管理工作存在着很多问题和不足,在国家大力发展航天事业的大环境下,急需提高企业的质量管理能力。本文从质量管理的基础知识和发展历程出发,首先针对公司承担的国家航天重点项目——TW航天电缆组件研制项目,介绍了项目的里程碑、组织结构、工作职责等基本内容。对项目质量管理工作进行了WBS分解,并制定了项目实施计划,通过鱼刺图法,分析企业在质量管理方面的不足,并找到相应的原因。基于PDCA循环,建立了由项目质量策划、控制、保证、改进四个阶段构成的质量管理流程。通过设置项目质量目标与原则、质量计划、质量管理组织结构、质量管理流程等,构建了符合该项目特点的强矩阵式质量管理结构体系。对项目准备、生产、试验、交付各阶段出现的质量管理问题,制定针对性的改进措施,总结并形成流程图、记录表、文件清单等,用于项目的质量管理保证和质量控制。最后,收集公司近年来的各类质量数据,通过对比分析法,总结项目质量管理改进和提升的效果,最终起到了提升项目质量管理水平的作用,达到了项目质量目标。通过本次研究,有效的提升了企业质量管理水平,为企业在后续项目的质量管理工作提供了相关经验和理论知识支撑,可借鉴参考。
【Abstract】 Cable assembly as an important nerve network of the carrier rocket and other spacecraft,is of great importance for the performance of aerospace products.Whether it is power supply or signal control,it is inseparable from cable assemblies.The quality of cable networks plays a decisive role that closely related with the success of aerospace products into space.As an aerospace product development company with the largest domestic cable assembly production line,YD has been committed to improving the development quality of aerospace cable components and it has many years of relative projects management experience.As a traditional enterprise,the company has lots of problems and deficiencies in the quality management of the project.Under the environment of the country’s vigorous development of aerospace industry,it is urgent to improve the quality management ability of the enterprise.Starting from the basic knowledge and development history of quality management,this article firstly introduced the milestones,organizational structure,work responsibilities and other basic content of the project for the company’s key national aerospace project-the TW Aerospace Cable Assembly Development Project.The project quality management work was decomposed by WBS,and the project implementation plan was formulated.Through the diagram method of fish bone,the company’s quality management deficiencies were analyzed and the corresponding reasons were found.Based on the PDCA cycle,the quality management process consisting of four stages of project quality planning,control,assurance,and improvement has been established.By setting project quality objectives and principles,quality plans,quality management organizational structure,quality management processes,etc.,a strong matrix quality management structure system that conforms to the characteristics of the project has been constructed.Targeted improvement measures for quality management problems that occurred in each stage of project preparation,production,testing,and delivery were formulated.It‘s good help for project quality management assurance and quality control through summarizing and forming flow charts,record sheets,document lists,etc.Finally,it played a role in improving the level of project quality management and reached the project quality objectives with collecting various quality data of the company in recent years,and summarizing the effect of project quality management improvement and promotion through comparative analysis.Through this research,the quality management level of the enterprise is effectively improved,and relevant experience and theoretical knowledge support for the company’s quality management work in subsequent projects can be used for reference.
