【摘要】 建筑业相比于传统的制造业,结构更加复杂、涉及的节点企业更多以及信息量更庞大。因此,在建筑供应链中“牛鞭效应”频发,从而使得企业之间沟通的质量和效率降低,而且增加了信息失真的可能性,这样也就给供应链成员机会主义行为的发生提供了条件,最终会影响到整个供应链的绩效。结合国内外的文献梳理、研究分析以及基于建筑项目实践经验的基础上,提出了本文研究的问题:本文以建筑供应链为背景,基于交易成本经济学和社会交换理论,结合建筑项目的特征来探究不确定性和合作绩效之间的关系路径。首先经过文献梳理和分析得出本文的研究假设和理论模型,其次以国内建筑项目的业主方、承包商等组织中有项目经验的相关人员作为研究对象进行问卷调查,然后得到量化后的分析数据,再次根据变量之间的关系和数据的特征确定了结构方程的建模方法和IBM SPSS 20.0、Smart Pls 3.0等分析软件对数据进行处理,并对测量模型和结构模型都进行了评估,最后对提出的假设进行了检测和验证,并得到了一些有价值的结果:(1)建筑供应链中不确定性与合作绩效之间的总效应显著,且合作行为和机会主义行为在这两者关系中起到中介作用(2)建筑供应链中不确定性对合作行为有正向影响(3)建筑供应链中不确定性对机会主义行为有正向影响(4)机会主义行为对建筑供应链合作绩效有负向影响(5)合作行为对建筑供应链合作绩效有正向影响。研究结果对提升建筑供应链企业间合作水平,降低不确定性和机会主义行为对供应链整体绩效的影响都具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,the construction industry has more complex structure,more nodal enterprises and more information.Therefore,"bullwhip effect" occurs frequently in the construction supply chain,which reduces the quality and efficiency of communication between enterprises and increases the possibility of information distortion,thus providing conditions for supply chain members to have opportunistic behaviors,which will eventually affect the performance of the entire supply chain.Based on the literature review,research and analysis at home and abroad,and based on the practical experience of construction projects,this paper puts forward the problems of this study: This paper takes the construction supply chain as the background,based on the transaction cost economics and social exchange theory,combined with the characteristics of construction projects to explore the relationship between uncertainty and cooperation performance.First of all,through literature review and analysis,the research hypotheses and theoretical models of this paper are obtained.Secondly,the relevant personnel with project experience in the domestic construction project owners,contractors and other organizations are taken as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey,and then the quantitative analysis data are obtained.Thirdly,according to the relationship between variables and the characteristics of data,the modeling method of structural equation are determined and takes IBM SPSS 20.0 and Smart Pls 3.0 as the analysis software of the data,and the measurement model and structural model are evaluated.Finally,the hypothesis proposed is tested and verified,and some valuable results are obtained:(1)the total effect between uncertainty and cooperation performance in the construction supply chain is significant,and cooperation behavior and opportunism behavior play an intermediary role in the relationship.(2)construction The uncertainty in the construction supply chain has a positive impact on the cooperative behavior(3)the uncertainty in the construction supply chain has a positive impact on the opportunistic behavior(4)the opportunistic behavior has a negative impact on the cooperative performance of the construction supply chain(5)the cooperative behavior has a positive impact on the cooperative performance of the construction supply chain.Theresults of this study are of theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of cooperation between construction supply chain enterprises,reduce the impact of uncertainty and opportunistic behavior on the overall performance of the supply chain.更多还原
