体操技巧、支撑跳跃及其组合教学对五年级学生身体素质和体育学习兴趣影响的实验研究

【摘要】 研究目的:《体操》一直是小学体育课程内容的重要组成部分,也是学校体育课程从内容到呈现方式差异最大的项目之一。本文通过小学体操常见教学内容对学生身体素质和体育学习兴趣影响的研究,旨在进一步探究《体操》课程内容教学的合理呈现方式及其对学生身心健康发展的价值,为体操在小学体育课程内容体系中找到合理的定位,为广大体育教师科学规划教学内容和设计教学提供参考依据,并对正在不断推进的体育课程改革起到积极促进作用。研究方法:采用方便取样抽取宿迁市某城镇小学五年级的4个班共242名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验1组(技巧教学)男生33人,女生28人;实验2组(支撑跳跃教学)男生32人,女生28人;实验3组(技巧和支撑跳跃组合教学)男生34人,女生30人;对照组(常规体育教学)男生31人,女生26人。实验组运动干预持续时间12周,3次/周,每次累计30分钟的中等强度运动,对照组不进行强度控制。采用《小学生体育学习兴趣评价量表》,分别在实验前1周和第13周以班级团体方式对被试学生进行量表测量。研究结果:(1)12周体操技巧、支撑跳跃及其组合教学后,五年级学生身体素质在速度、耐力、柔韧、灵敏、力量、平衡素质上均存在时间、组别以及时间和组别的交互作用(P<0.05);对照组实验后比实验前效果好,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)12周体操技巧、支撑跳跃及其组合教学后,五年级学生的体育学习兴趣在运动参与程度以及体育学习兴趣总分上均存在时间和组别的交互作用(P<0.05);在体育学习消极兴趣上存在时间的主效应(P<0.05);对照组实验后比实验前效果好,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)小学五年级学生体育学习兴趣与速度素质(r=0.388)、耐力素质(r=0.232)、柔韧素质(r=0.206)、灵敏素质(r=0.169)、力量素质(r=0.228)、平衡素质(r=0.211)均存在显著的正相关关系。研究结论:(1)技巧教学对小学五年级学生的柔韧素质、力量素质改善均有促进作用。(2)支撑跳跃教学对小学五年级学生的速度素质、灵敏素质改善均有促进作用。(3)技巧和支撑跳跃组合教学对小学五年级学生的身体素质和体育学习兴趣提高具有促进作用,且组合教学对柔韧素质、力量素质效果优于技巧教学,对速度素质、灵敏素质效果优于跳跃教学。(4)体育学习兴趣与身体素质之间具有正相关关系,即体育学习兴趣越高,身体素质越好。

【Abstract】 Research purpose:Gymnastics has always been an important part of the content of primary school physical education curriculum,and it is also one of the most different items from content to presentation mode.Through the research on the influence of common teaching contents of gymnastics on students’ physical quality and interest in physical education,the purpose of this study is to further explore the reasonable presentation mode of gymnastics course content teaching and its value to the physical and mental health development of students,and find a reasonable position for gymnastics in the content system of primary school physical education,It provides reference for the majority of PE teachers to plan teaching content and design teaching scientifically,and plays an active role in promoting the reform of sports curriculum.Research methods:A total of 242 students from four classes of Grade 5 in a primary school in a town of Suqian were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling.They were divided into experimental group 1(skill teaching),including 33 boys and 28 girls.Experiment 2 group(support jump teaching)consisted of 32 boys and 28 girls.Experiment 3 group(skill and support jump combination teaching)included 34 male students and 30 female students;The control group(routine physical education)had 31 male students and 26 female students.The exercise intervention in the experimental group lasted for 12 weeks,3 times a week,with a total of 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each time.The control group was not subjected to intensity control.The evaluation scale of primary school students’ learning interest in physical education was adopted,and the scale was measured by class group in the first week and the 13th week before the experiment.Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of gymnastics skills,support jump and their combination teaching,the physical qualities of Grade 5 students in speed,endurance,flexibility,dexterity,strength,balance quality have time,group and time and group interaction(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of gymnastics skills,support jump and their combination teaching,the fifth-grade students’ sports learning interest had interaction between time and group on the degree of sports participation and the total score of sports learning interest(P<0.05);The main effect of time on negative interest in physical education was(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the fifth grade students’ interest in physical education and speed quality(r=0.388),endurance quality(r=0.232),flexibility quality(r=0.206),agility quality(r=0.169),strength quality(r=0.228)and balance quality(r=0.211).Research conclusions:(1)Skill teaching has a promoting effect on the improvement of flexibility and strength quality of the fifth grade students.(2)Support jump teaching can promote the improvement of the fifth grade students speed quality and agility quality.(3)the combination of skill and support jump teaching has a positive effect on the improvement of the physical quality and the interest in sports learning of the fifth grade primary school students.The effect of combination teaching on flexibility and strength quality is better than that of skill teaching,and the effect on speed and agility quality is better than that of support jump teaching.(4)There is a positive correlation between interest in sports learning and physical quality,that is,the higher the interest in sports learning,the better the physical quality.
