【摘要】 经过多年的努力和发展,潍坊医学院人才培养水平不断提高,学科建设水平不断增强,为山东省乃至全国培养了数万合格毕业生,享有良好的社会声誉。然而,学校现有校舍建设不完善、用房面积的问题日益突出,特别是体育教学设施及在校生和教职工课余活动设施的建设相对滞后明显影响了学校的综合素质人才的培养和规划目标的实现。在此背景下,学校提出建设一座综合型体育馆,以满足在校师生使用需求和学校发展需求。本文首先对项目提出的背景进行阐述,对项目建设的必要性进行分析。然后结合潍坊医学院实际情况和使用需求,从建设地点、建设条件、建设规模、主要建设内容、工工程建筑方案设计、结构方案设计、给排水方案设计、消防方案设计、采暖方案设计、通风方案设计、电气方案设计、无障碍设施方案设计、环保方案设计、消防方案设计、安全防护方案设计、建筑节能方案设计等方面对本体育馆项目的建设方案进行详细的技术可行性论证与分析,并针对性地提出建议。结合项目建设方案在建安工程设计管理、建设手续管理、招投标管理、合同管理、质量管理、进度管理、安全管理、投资管理等方面提出了本项目工程管理措施建议,并编制了实施进度计划。本文参考当地类似项目造价及当前主要建筑材料的价格,初步编制了项目投资估算,结合潍坊医学院实际情况确定资金筹措措施为全部由学校自筹。最后,本文还对本体育馆建成后的经济和社会效益进行分析,并对社会稳定风险进行评价。基于以上论证研究,本文确定了潍坊医学院体育馆项目的功能需求与建设规模,对建设方案进行了详细论证,并编制了工程进度计划和投资估算,结合对本项目的经济社会效益分析和社会稳定风险评价以及建设管理措施建议,得出了本项目的建设具有良好的社会效益、建设十分必要、建设方案可行的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 After years of efforts and development,the level of medical personnel training and discipline construction in Weifang Medical University has continuously improved.Weifang Medical University has trained tens of thousands of qualified graduates for Shandong Province and even the whole country with a good social reputation.However,the problems of insufficient construction of school buildings and insufficient housing area,especially the relatively lagging construction of physical education teaching facilities and after-school activities facilities for students and staff exist and have obviously affected the training of comprehensive quality talents and the realization of the planning objectives of the university.Under this background,the university proposed to build a comprehensive gymnasium to meet the needs of teachers and students and school development.In this thesis,first,the background of the project was elaborated,and the necessity of the project was analyzed.Then,according to the actual situation and usage requirements of Weifang Medical University,detailed technical feasibility demonstration and analysis on the construction scheme of this gymnasium project were carried out in the aspects of construction site,construction conditions,construction scale,main construction contents,engineering construction scheme design,structural scheme design,water supply and drainage scheme design,fire protection scheme design,heating scheme design,ventilation scheme design,electrical scheme design,barrier-free facility scheme design,environmental protection scheme design,fire protection scheme design,safety protection scheme design and building energy saving scheme design and some suggestions were put forward accordingly.Combining with the project of gymnasium construction,the project management measures were put forward in the aspects of construction and installation engineering design management,construction procedures management,bidding management,contract management,quality management,progress management,safety management,investment management,and the implementation schedule was compiled.Referring to the cost of similar projects and the current prices of main building materials,this thesis preliminarily compiled the project investment estimates,and determined that the financing measures were all self-financing by the university under the actual situation of Weifang Medical University.Finally,this thesis also analyzed the future economic and social benefits of the gymnasium,and evaluated the possible risk of social stability.Based on the above demonstration research,this thesis made sure the functional requirements and construction scale of Weifang Medical University gymnasium project,demonstrated the construction plan in detail,and compiled the project progress plan and investment estimate.The thesis also carried out the economic and social benefits analysis and social stability risk assessment and put forward construction-related management measures.The conclusion is that the construction of this project has good social benefits,the construction is necessary and the construction plan is feasible.更多还原
