【摘要】 “绿水青山就是金山银山,要让绿水青山成为金山银山的顶层设计,”在党的十九大报告中,改善生态环境、推动绿色可持续发展、建设美丽中国作为了一项战略部署,以推动生态文明建设的步伐;因此,生态文明建设是我国现阶段社会主义现代化发展之路上的一项重要工程,它在一定程度上关系到社会持续繁荣的进程。在2019年,由政府牵头,出台了贺兰山一体化综合整治方案,本文就是在以上的大背景下,首先对贺兰山山前生态恢复区场地进行详细勘察和分析;其次,充分了解生态恢复区景观规划设计的相关理论和发展进程,通过学习国内外相关的优秀案例,汲取成功经验和可用于本项目的生态景观设计技术及手法。立足于银川市贺兰山山前生态恢复区的基本现状,以提升景观为基点,以改善生态为手段,以发展经济为愿景,开展贺兰山山前生态恢复区的景观规划设计。本项目位于银川市西夏区贺兰山东麓坡前中段,占地面积249.186hm2,土壤类型为山前灰漠土和山麓棕钙土,具有便利的交通条件和丰富的自然、旅游、文化资源,因而项目的景观规划设计以“汇历史文化之精华,汲自然生态之灵动,促自然社会之共生,建区域旅游之精品”为主题,以“生态效益突出,景观效果多变,功能分区完善,服务设施一流”为理念,依托其独特的地理区位条件,形成“一带两园五区”的景观结构。“一带”指沿项目内环路外侧设置的宽为40m的防护林景观带;“两园”指以党参、甘草、银柴胡等中草药种植为主的百味园以及以宁夏枸杞、黑果枸杞、葡萄等特色种植为主的特产园;“五区”是指项目的其它五个功能区:入口景观区、休闲娱乐区、文化创意展示区、特产加工销售区和生态植被恢复区。并在此基础上融入特色餐饮、民宿,贺兰山精神,诗歌文化元素,结合生态景观设计手法和生态种植设计理念,选用当地的乡土树种、特有植物种和引入的其它适生植物种,在本项目中将生态恢复设计和园林景观设计有机结合,打造“有特色、含文化、强生态、高效益”的综合性旅游景区,本文也可为其它类似的景观规划设计提供参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains.We should make green waters and green mountains the top-level design of gold and silver mountains.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,improving the ecological environment,promoting green and sustainable development,and building a beautiful China were regarded as a strategic plan to promote the pace of ecological civilization construction.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization is an important project on the road of socialist modernization in our country at this stage,and it is related to the process of sustained social prosperity to a certain extent.In 2019,led by the government,a work plan will be issued to promote the orderly progress of the integrated comprehensive renovation project of He Lan Mountain.Under the above background,this paper firstly makes a detailed survey and analysis on the site of the ecological restoration area in front of He Lan Mountain;Secondly,fully understand the relevant theories and development process of landscape planning and design of ecological restoration area,and draw successful experience and ecological landscape design technology that can be used for this project by learning relevant excellent cases at home and abroad.Based on the basic situation of the ecological restoration area in the front of He Lan Mountain in Yinchuan City,to enhance the landscape as the base point,to improve the ecology as a means,to develop the economy as a vision,That carry out the He Lan mountain ecological restoration area landscape planning and design.This project is located in the front middle section of the eastern foothills of He Lan Mountain,Xi Xia District,Yinchuan city,covering an area of 249.186hm2.The soil types are grey desert soil and brown calcium soil at the foothills of the mountain.It has convenient transportation conditions and abundant natural,tourist and cultural resources.Thus project landscape planning and design in order to "Remit the essence of history and culture,learn from the natural ecology,promote the symbiosis of nature and society,and build regional tourism products." as the theme,with "ecological benefit is outstanding,changing landscape effect,improve the functional partition,first-class service" for the idea,Relying on the unique geographical conditions,the landscape structure of "one belt,two parks and five districts" is formed."One belt" refers to a 40m wide shelter belt landscape belt along the outer side of the inner ring road of the project."two gardens" refers to the Bai Wei garden mainly planted with Chinese herbal medicines such as Codonopsis pilosula,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Stellaria dichotoma var.lanceolata,and the specialty garden mainly featuring Lycium barbarum,Lycium ruthenicum and Vitis vinifera;"five zones" refers to the other five functional areas of the project:entrance landscape area,leisure and entertainment area,special product processing and sales area,ecological vegetation restoration area.And on this basis,it integrates special catering,homestays,the spirit of Helan Mountain,poetic cultural elements,and combines ecological landscape design techniques and ecological planting design concepts.choose the local native species,endemic plants and introducing suitable plants,the organic combination of ecological restoration and landscape design,Create a comprehensive tourist attraction with"characteristics,culture,strong ecology,and high efficiency",this article also can provide a reference for other similar landscape planning and design value and significance.更多还原
