【摘要】 党的十九大提出了乡村振兴的发展战略,这一战略是针对当前的基本国情而提出的,是为了更好地解决农业农村问题。农业在发展中存在产业链短,附加值低,农业企业见效慢,投资大,周期长的问题,所以一直很难取得巨大成绩,这主要是因为农业发展中长期独立存在,没有结合二产、三产共同融合发展。因此推动农村的产业融合发展是解决当前农业发展困境的重要举措,对于农村的政治环境,经济发展,社会文化提升,生态环境改善都有重要的推动作用,有利于缩小城乡发展差距,也是实现乡村振兴战略的重要道路。新泰市作为产业融合示范县,同时也是泰安市经济发展的重要建设基地。本文以产业链、产业融合、乡村振兴与农村产业融合的关系为相关理论基础,通过文献研究法、实地研究法和对比分析法对新泰市产业融合发展中的现状(新泰市经济与农业发展情况,产业融合模式、产业融合的现状)、存在问题及原因、采取相应的措施进行研究分析。通过对新泰市产业融合的发展现状进行分析,概括出新泰市在产业融合发展中的三种主要模式,包括产业链延伸型的融合模式、信息技术渗透型的融合模式、农业多功能拓展型的融合模式,分析出新泰市产业融合呈现出经营主体不断壮大、利益联合形式越来越紧密、品牌化规模扩大。根据现状分析,新泰市产业融合层次的低,受融资、科技、土地人才的瓶颈制约,主体辐射带动能力弱,管理体制和政策有障碍。根据新泰市产业融合存在的问题和原因分析,提出新泰市产业融合发展中应增强产业融合的深度和广度、创新土地、资金、融资政策整合机制、提高产业融合主体产业化水平、完善产业融合发展的各类规章制度、建立紧密的利益联合机制、强化人才建设的六点建议,希望通过以此来促进农村产业融合发展,增加农民收入,最终实现乡村振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the development strategy of rural revitalization,which is aimed at the current basic national conditions and aims to better solve the problems of agriculture and rural areas.In the development of agriculture,there are problems such as short industrial chain,low added value,slow effect of agricultural enterprises,large investment and long cycle,so it has been difficult to make great achievements.This is mainly because the independent existence of agricultural development in the medium and long term,without the integration of the second and third industries.Therefore,promoting the integrated development of rural industries is an important measure to solve the current dilemma of agricultural development.It plays an important role in promoting the political environment,economic development,social and cultural improvement,and ecological environment improvement in rural areas.It is conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural development,and is also an important way to realize the rural revitalization strategy.As a demonstration county of industrial integration,xintai city is also an important construction base of Tai’an City economic development.In this paper,the industrial chain,industrial integration,the relationship between rural revitalization and rural industry fusion for related theoretical basis,through literature research,field study and comparative analysis of xintai city industry present situation in the development of fusion(xintai city economic and agricultural development situation,industry integration mode,the current situation of the industrial convergence),existing problems and the reasons and take corresponding measures for this paper.Through analysis of fusion xintai city industry development present situation,summarizes the xintai city three main patterns in the development of industrial convergence,including the industrial chain extension type fusion models,infiltration of information technology integration,agricultural multi-function expansion type fusion model,analysis the xintai city industry fusion operators to growing,interests increasingly close,the brand expansion joint form.According to the analysis of the current situation,the industrial integration level of xindai city is low,which is restricted by the bottleneck of financing,science and technology,and land talents.According to the problems of xintai city industrial convergence,and the reason analysis,proposed fusion xintai city industry should strengthen the industry convergence in the depth and breadth of integration mechanism,the innovation of land,capital,financing policy,improve the level of industrialization of industrial convergence main body,improve the industrial convergence development of all kinds of rules and regulations,establish close benefit joint mechanism,strengthen the construction of six Suggestions,hope that through in order to promote the development of rural industry integration,increase farmers’ income,finally realizes the country revitalization.更多还原
