基于Django框架的智慧消防系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着社会对城市消防安全进行数字化处理的要求不断提高,构建职能一体化的作战方案已经成为公共消防体系中迫不及待的重要任务。作者依托宝鸡市消防支队多年积累的灭火救援信息,结合“信息互通、资源共享、优势互补”的工作原则,研发了智慧消防系统,对消防救援队伍把握作战行动的主动权、大力提升应急救援智慧化有重要意义。论文实现了基于Django框架的智慧消防系统的设计,该系统可以提高消防救援部门日常管理、应急救援能力。首先,作者构建了“PC(Personal Computer)端(windows)+移动端APP(android)”一体化的综合协同管理体系,解决了消防工作中包括数据化存储、位置定位、模糊查询等问题。该系统基本满足了消防救援部门在实际工作中的需求,如水源、单位、秩序、车辆管理及指挥调度等。其次,为了提升智慧消防系统的智能程度,作者引入了传感技术和人工智能技术对消防系统的核心算法进行设计开发,采用YOLO-V3图像检测算法对火灾进行实时检测和自动报警,还基于多点传感器对水压、煤气、温度进行实时监测,并提出一种基于小波变换和逻辑回归分类的异常信号检测算法。最后,作者基于Django网络架构,遵循MVC(Model View Controller)(模型-视图-控制层)的设计理念,分别对智慧消防系统的模型层、视图层、控制层进行了开发实现。智慧消防系统能够将各类资源进行有效整合和集约配置,对消防水源、设施、器材、人员等状态进行智能化感知、识别、定位与跟踪,达到智能化管理、科学化指挥调度。智慧消防系统预期能为降低火灾隐患提供有效手段,在保障人民群众的生命财产安全方面产生积极的社会效益。根据系统测试及应用结果,未来需要进一步提高该系统的智能程度,引入更先进的算法对整个系统进行智能侦测,并对基于传感器的实时采集数据进行自动化分析、集成工作。

【Abstract】 With the increasing requirement of digital processing of urban fire safety,it has become an urgent and important task to construct a functional integrated combat plan in the public fire protection system.Based on the fire fighting and rescue information accumulated by Baoji Fire Brigade for many years,and combined with the working principle of "information exchange,resource sharing and complementary advantages",the author has developed an intelligent fire fighting system,which is of great significance for fire fighting and rescue teams to grasp the initiative of operations and vigorously enhance the intelligence of emergency rescue.This paper realizes the design of intelligent fire fighting system based on Django framework,which can improve the daily management and emergency rescue ability of fire fighting and rescue department.Firstly,an integrated cooperative management system of"PC(Personal Computer)end(windows)+mobile end APP(android)" is constructed,which solves the problems of data storage,location location and fuzzy query in fire fighting.The system basically meets the needs of fire rescue departments in practical work,such as water sources,units,order,vehicle management and command and dispatch.Secondly,in order to improve the intelligence of intelligent fire fighting system,the author introduces sensor technology and artificial intelligence technology to design and develop the core algorithm of fire fighting system,uses YOLO-V3 image detection algorithm to detect and alarm fire in real time,and also monitors water pressure,gas and temperature in real time based on multi-sensor.An abnormal signal detection algorithm based on wavelet transform and logistic regression classification is proposed.Finally,based on the Django network architecture and following the design concept of MVC(Model View Controller),the author develops and implements the model layer,the view layer and the control layer of the intelligent fire fighting system respectively.Intelligent fire control system can effectively integrate and intensively allocate all kinds of resources,intelligently perceive,identify,locate and track the status of fire water source,facilities,equipment and personnel,so as to achieve intelligent management and scientific command and dispatch.Intelligent fire control system is expected to provide effective means to reduce fire hazards,and produce positive social benefits in protecting people’s lives and property safety.According to the system test and application results,it is necessary to further improve the intelligent level of the system in the future,introduce more advanced algorithms to carry out intelligent detection of the whole system,and carry out automatic analysis and integration of real-time acquisition data based on sensors.
