【摘要】 多民族混居社区的建设是我国社区建设的基础性工程,也是做好民族工作的重点和基础。而作为城市流动人口汇聚的省会城市兰州,将会形成越来越多的多民族混居社区,建设多民族混居的社区是社会发展的必然结果,能够真正促进各民族之间的交往交流交融,增进民族之间的和谐。本文以兰州市天平街社区作为个案进行分析,从而剖析多民族混居社区建设的现状。然而笔者在调研中逐渐发现社区内部的边界与隔阂阻挡了社区内部的进一步交往,社区外围的环境又给社区的发展与管理造成了一定的阻碍,因此把握整个社区的现状,提取出促进社区发展的汇聚力和影响社区发展的离散力,是构建多民族混居社区的基础,以此为基础寻求城市多民族混居社区和谐构建的有效路径并提出有针对性的建议,这既可以为兰州当地多民族混居社区的发展提供一些参考,也可以为其他省份城市多民族混居社区的和谐构建提供有益借鉴。全文结构如下:绪论,包括本文的选题缘由及意义、国内外相关研究现状综述及研究方法等。第一章介绍了社区概况与构成,分别是人口、区位、文化、经济以及社区组织;其次是探讨天平街的田野印象,包括居民身份多元化、居住互嵌模式、社区经济的往来、社区认同的呈现、社区权力的分配,单位制居住模式对社区的影响;最后介绍了天平街社区发展显露出来的显性边界和隐性边界的困境。第二章深入分析天平街多民族混居社区在区位环境、人口流动、商业发展等方面的外源性动力和在互嵌式交往、多元文化、社区组织等方面的内生性动力。第三章分析在城市化进程中的弊端和在社区发展的艰难处境共同构成了天平街多民族混居社区发展的离散力,是与第二章的聚力相对应的离散力。第四章总结了天平街社区发展目标,即政府主导下的自治型社区、以人为核心的社区建设、共同文化基础上的社区认同;其次根据目标从社区和居民两个方面探讨了社区发展的路径。结语探讨了天平街社区与其他社区在居民身份逐渐多元化、居住互嵌化、社区文化逐渐多元化与共同文化缺失等方面的共性,以及天平街社区在区位和单位制两方面的个性展现;最后尝试从不同方面探讨本研究的应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multi-ethnic mixed community construction is the basis of the community construction in our country,and is also the basis and do a good job in the focus of the national work and,as the capital city of urban floating population gathering in Lanzhou,form will be more and more multi-ethnic mixed community,the construction of multi-ethnic mixed community is the inevitable result of social development,that can really promote exchanges among various nationalities exchanges,promote the harmony between the ethnic groups.This paper takes Tianping street community in Lanzhou city as a case to analyze the current situation of multi-ethnic mixed community construction However the author gradually found in the research community within the boundaries and estrangement hindered further communication within the community,the community peripheral environment and to the community development and management of caused some obstacles,so grasp the status quo of the community,to extract the gathering force to promote the development of the community and the discrete force affecting the development of community,is the foundation of the construction of multi-ethnic mixed community,on this basis,seek the effective approach to construct the harmonious city multi-ethnic mixed community and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,which can be either for Lanzhou local community provide some references for the development of many ethnic groups,can also for other provinces city multi-ethnic mixed community harmony building offers beneficial reference.The full text structure is as follows:Introduction,including the reasons and significance of the topic at home and abroad related research overview and research methods.The first chapter introduces the community general situation and the constitution,respectively is the population location culture economy and the community organization;Secondly,the paper discusses the impression of Tianping street in the field,including the diversity of residents’ identity,the interaction of community economy,the community identity,the distributionof community power,and the impact of unit system on the community.Finally,the paper introduces the dilemma of explicit boundary and implicit boundary in the development of Tianping street community.The second chapter deeply analyzes the exogenous driving force of the multi-ethnic mixed community in Tianping street in the area,environment,population,commercial development and so on,and the endogenous driving force in the inter-embedded communication,multi-cultural community organization and so on.The third chapter analyzes the disadvantages in the process of urbanization and the difficult situation in the community development,which together constitute the discrete force of the development of the multi-ethnic mixed community in Tianping street.The fourth chapter summarizes the development goal of Tianping street community,that is,the community identity on the basis of the community construction with people as the core of the autonomous community under the leadership of the government.Secondly,the author discusses the path of community development from two aspects: community and residents.Conclusion this paper discusses the commonness between Tianping street community and other communities in the aspects of the gradual diversification of residents’ identity,the intermingling of community culture,the gradual diversification of community culture and the lack of common culture.Finally,we try to discuss the application significance of this research from different aspects.更多还原
