内蒙古股权交易中心发展战略研究

【摘要】 随着近年来我国经济体制改革进程不断加快,区域性股权市场得到了快速发展,截止到2019年底,全国共有34家区域性股权市场,基本实现“一省一中心”(含计划单列市),挂牌企业2.88万家,累计实现各类融资11294.9亿元,累计转沪深交易所上市10家、新三板挂牌513家、被上市公司或新三板挂牌公司收购21家。区域性股权市场在帮助地方中小企业直接融资、拓宽融资渠道方面做出了重大贡献,区域性股权市场对于我国市场经济发挥普惠性、帮助地区中小企业发展、丰富中小企业融资手段、支持市场创新发展,促进市场结构性转型升级、加速供给侧改革等方面都发挥着重要的作用。内蒙古自治区政府出台了一系列政策措施,利用区域性股权市场的普惠性,推动区内中小企业发展,对于推动内蒙古地区实体经济发展、促进产业结构转型升级、深化体制改革、聚集资本要素具有重要意义。本文以内蒙古股权交易中心作为研究对象,综合运用文献研究法、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法对于内蒙古股权交易中心发展现状、内外部环境进行分析,制定了差异化发展战略,从建立区域性股权市场与工商登记对接机制、推动区域股权中心市场化运作、完善股权市场与多层次资本市场合作机制、推进县域金融工程加强四板的普惠功能、展开市场化转让试点规范股权转让、建立统一行业信息平台严格执行自律监管等六个方面提出发展战略实施措施,从而保证发展战略措施的顺利推进。内蒙古股权交易中心选择差异化的发展战略,能够帮助中小企业更好的发展,不断增加内蒙古股权交易中心的竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous acceleration of China’s economic system reform in recent years,the regional equity market has developed rapidly.As of the end of 2019,there were 34 regional equity markets across the country,basically achieving "one province,one center"(including planned cities),listed there were 28,800 enterprises,with a total of 1,129.49 billion yuan in financing.A total of 10 companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges,513 listed on the New Third Board,and 21 were acquired by listed companies or companies listed on the New Third Board.The regional equity market has made significant contributions in helping local SMEs to directly finance and broaden their financing channels.The regional equity market has played an inclusive role in China’s market economy,helped regional SMEs development,enriched SMEs financing methods,and supported market innovation and development.It plays an important role in promoting structural transformation and upgrading of the market and accelerating supply-side reforms.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government has issued a series of policy measures to use the inclusiveness of the regional equity market to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.It is important for promoting the development of the real economy in the Inner Mongolia region,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,deepening system reform,and gathering capital elements significance.This article takes the Inner Mongolia Equity Exchange Center as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the development status,internal and external environment of the Inner Mongolia Equity Exchange Center using the literature research method,PEST analysis method,and SWOT analysis method,and formulates a differentiated development strategy.Industrial and commercial registration docking mechanism,promoting the market-oriented operation of regional equity centers,improving the equity market and multi-level capital market cooperation mechanism,promoting county-level financial projects to strengthen the inclusive functions of the four boards,launching market-oriented transfer pilots to standardize equity transfers,and establishing a unified industry information platform strict implementation of self-discipline supervision and other six aspects put forward development strategy implementation measures to ensure the smooth progress of development strategy measures.Inner Mongolia Equity Exchange Center chooses a differentiated development strategy,which can help SMEs develop better and continuously increase the competitive advantage of Inner Mongolia Equity Exchange Center.更多还原
