【摘要】 自人类步入工业社会后,办公空间已经成为人类的主要活动空间之一。近年来,随着经济的快速发展,企业从追求效率逐步意识到改善办公环境质量的重要性。环境的优劣直接影响着办公人员的身心健康和工作效率,进而影响到企业单位的利益和整个社会的发展。如何使办公空间设计告别千篇一律、功能性质单一枯燥,满足办公人员的精神文化需求等问题,一直都是当代设计师思考和探讨的重点。本论文主要分为三个部分:第一、二章为第一部分,介绍论文的研究背景、意义、内容和框架,对设计机构办公空间的特殊性、办公空间的发展历程、办公空间的类型、进行分析研究。第三、四章为第二部分,为空间设计的理论研究部分,设计机构的办公空间为轴线进行办公空间的研究,通过案例调研与理论结合进行研究。第五、六章为第三部分,是本案的应用设计和成果部分,通过设计,满足课题设计的需求和得出论文总结。本论文回顾了办公空间的发展历程,并应用了“东鲁设计研究院”办公项目的具体案例,从办公人员角度出发,旨在相对完整地总结设计机构的相关理论和设计策略,进而为工作人员提供一个舒适方便的工作环境,提高办公人员的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since human being stepped into industrial society,office space has become one of the main activities of human beings.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,enterprises gradually realize the importance of improving the quality of office environment from the pursuit of efficiency.The quality of environment directly affects the physical and mental health and work efficiency of employees,and then affects the interests of enterprises and the development of the whole society.How to make the office space design say goodbye to the same,single and boring function,and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the office staff,has always been the focus of contemporary designers’ thinking and discussion.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first and second chapters are the first part,which introduces the research background,significance,content and framework of the paper,and analyzes the particularity,development process,types and research of the office space of design institutions.The third and fourth chapters are the second part,which is the research part of the design space theory.The design organization’s office space is the axis of the office space for research,through the combination of case study and theory.The fifth and sixth chapters are the third part,which is the application design and achievement part of this case.Through the design,we can meet the needs of the subject design and get the conclusion of the paper.This paper reviews the development process of office space,and applies the specific case of "Donglu design and Research Institute" office project.From the perspective of office staff,it aims to summarize the relevant theories and design strategies of the design agency,and then provide a comfortable and convenient working environment for the staff,and improve the working efficiency of the staff.更多还原
