【摘要】 人类只有一个地球,各国共处一个世界。2012年中共十八大明确提出倡导“人类命运共同体”意识。2013年3月23日,习近平主席在莫斯科国际关系学院发表名为“顺应时代前进潮流促进世界和平发展”的演讲,在演讲中他第一次面向世界提出了“人类命运共同体”理念,做出了对世界人类文明走向的中国判断。理论一经提出便迅速成为各方关注的热点。2015年9月,习近平在第七十届联合国大会上,从政治、经济、文化、安全、生态五个方提出构建人类命运共同体的具体实践路径,这是中国首次正式面向世界倡导构建人类命运共同体,并在其后被多次写入联合国重要文件。中国坚持推动构建人类命运共同体。它的提出受到世界各国特别是广大发展中国家和新兴国家的关注和认可。它是一种全新的全球治理方案,是对人类向何处去,世界如何发展的时代之问作出的中国答案,不是单一的谋求本国的繁荣发展,而是着眼全人类的共同的美好未来。人类命运共同体理念的提出是以马克思主义理论作为指导并受到中国传统文化的影响而提出的。研究追述理论的渊源可以更好地理解理论的内涵也可以更好地指导实践。共同体概念来源已久,在马克思之前的哲人就有了共同体思想,古希腊朴素的城邦共同体,通过契约达成的政治共同体还有黑格尔描绘的“伦理共同体”。这些先人前辈的研究给了马克思共同体思想很大的启发和灵感,他将人类的历史进程分为三个阶段,靠血缘维持的“自然共同体”阶段、“虚幻共同体”阶段和“真正共同体”阶段。马克思从生产力和生产关系角度分析出资本主义的必然灭亡和共产主义必然胜利。虽然距离马克思生活的时代已经过去百年,但是“真正共同体”实现所需的条件仍然没有达到。面对当今世界发展难题,中国共产党继承发展了马克思共同体思想,结合世界发展大势,提出构建经“五位一体”的人类命运共同体格局,经济上追求开放共赢;政治上平等相待、互商互谅;安全上建立正义共享的环境;文明上倡导和而不同、兼收并蓄;生态上追求可持续发展。并且通过“一带一路”经济带的建立和发展周边外交将人类命运共同体一步步走向实践,推向整个世界。人类命运共同体是马克思共同体思想的一个中国化表征,也是迈向马克思“真正共同体”的一个过渡途径,它继承了马克思主义本质要求,从全人类视角出发考虑未来社会,打破资本主义单向治理格局,建立新的真正平等新秩序,试图建立起一种新型普遍交往形式,为人的自由发展,为人类解放走向“真正共同体”创造条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is only one earth for human beings and one world for all countries.The18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012 clearly proposed the awareness of "community of shared future for human beings".In March 23,2013,President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at University of International Relations,Moscow,entitled "adapting to the trend of the times and promoting world peace and development".For the first time,he expounded the vision of community with a shared future of mandkind to the world,and expressed China’s judgement on the trend of human civilization.In September 2015,at the seventieth UN General Conference,Xi Jinping put forward a concrete practice path to build a community of human destiny from five aspects: politics,economy,culture,security and ecology.This is the first time that China has formally advocated the construction of the community with a shared future for mankind for the first time,and has been written into the important documents of the United Nations many times.China insists on building a community with a shared future for mankind.Its proposal has attracted the attention and recognition of all countries in the world,especially the developing countries and emerging countries.It is a brand-new global governance plan.It is a Chinese answer to the question of where human beings are going and how the world is developing.It is not a single pursuit of prosperity and development in China,but a common bright future for all mankind.The idea of the community of shared future of mankind is put forward under the guidance of Marxist theory and under the influence of Chinese traditional culture.Studying the origin of the theory of recounting can help us to understand the connotation of the theory better and guide the practice better.The concept of community has a long history.Philosophers before Marx had the idea of community,the simple polis community of ancient Greece,the political community reached through contract and the "ethical community" described by Hegel.The research of these forefathers gave Marx great inspiration and inspiration for the thought of community.He divided the historical process of human beings into three stages: the stage of "natural community" maintained by blood relationship,the stage of "virtual community" and the stage of "real community".Marx analyzed the inevitable death of capitalism and the inevitable victory of communism from the perspective of productive forces and relations of production.Although it has been a hundred years since Marx lived,the conditions needed for the realization of "real community" are still not met.Although it has been a hundred years since Marx lived,the conditionsneeded for the realization of "real community" are still not met.In the face of today’s world development problems,the Communist Party of China inherits and develops Marx’s community thought,proposes to build a "five in one" pattern of community with a shared future for mankind,pursuing openness and win-win in economy,treating each other equally in politics,negotiating and understanding each other,establishing a just and shared environment in security,advocating harmony,diversity and inclusiveness in civilization,and catching up in ecology For sustainable development.And through one belt,one road economic belt and the development of Peripheral Diplomacy,the community of human destiny will gradually move towards the whole world.The community of shared future of mankind is not only a Chinese Characterization of Marx’s community thought,but also a transition path to Marx’s "real community".It inherits the essence of Marxism,considers the future society from the perspective of all mankind,breaks the one-way governance of capitalism,and establishes a new real equality and new order.This paper attempts to establish a new form of universal communication,which can create conditions for the free development of human beings and for the emancipation of human beings towards a "real community".更多还原
