【摘要】 在互联网应用日益成熟的趋势下,人们的生活慢慢向移动互联网转移。另另一方面心理问题在现实生活的受到各种各样的歧视,而网络有着不受时空限制、隐私性强、成本低等优势,人们逐渐接受网络心理服务的方式。阈下抑郁是心理出现问题但没有达到抑郁标准的心理状态,阈下抑郁人群是可以通过网络心理服务进行改善实现自救的,在国民生活节奏日益加快的情况下,利用智能手机应用改善心理状态符合现代人的需求。目前市场上心理平台大多以心理咨询和课程为主,功能同质化严重,但基于心理学的心理辅助治疗有多种,如心理辅助阅读治疗、运动辅助治疗、音乐治疗、认知行为疗法等。其中阅读治疗不仅能实现低成本心理治疗而且在知识传播方面有着得天独厚的优势,但目前只有学者或学校建立的网络阅读实践产品,可用性较差。本文将深入分析阅读治疗理论,从用户、目标、行为、媒介、场景等方面挖掘阅读治疗实践环节中的交互设计思维,将其转化为变为设计“工具”。通过大量用户问卷、用户访谈深入分析目标用户,找到目标用户群体的使用需求,建立用户画像及主要任务的用户体验地图,细化用户需求痛点。将阅读治疗理论与用户需求将结合,使得产品功能以阅读治疗理论为基础而又满足用户使用需求,进而展开设计。本课题以阅读疗法为理论基础,运用文献研究法、跨学科研究法、资料分析归纳法的理论方法并结合问卷调查、访谈法、场景分析等实践方法,对平台的定位、视觉、信息架构、功能范围、使用流程进行设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the trend of Internet application becoming more and more mature,people’s life is gradually transferring to mobile Internet.On the other hand,psychological problems are discriminated in real life.With the advantages of free from time and space,strong privacy and low cost,people continue to accept the way of Internet psychological service.Subthreshold depression is a psychological state with psychological problems but not reaching the standard of depression.People with subthreshold depression can improve themselves through internet psychological services to achieve self-help.Under the situation of the accelerated pace of national life,the use of smart phone applications to improve mental state meets the needs of modern people.At present,most of the psychological platforms in the market are psychological consultation and courses,with serious functional homogeneity.There are many ways of psychological assistant therapy,such as reading therapy,sports therapy,music therapy,cognitive therapy,etc.Among them,reading therapy can not only achieve low-cost psychotherapy,but also has a unique advantage in knowledge dissemination.But at present,only the online reading practice products established by scholars or schools have poor usability.This paper will deeply analyze the theory of reading therapy,excavate the interactive design thinking in the practice of reading therapy from the aspects of users,goals,behaviors,media,scenes,etc.,transform it into a design "tool",brainstorm various use scenarios of online reading therapy.Through the user questionnaire and interview,we can find the needs of the target user group,build user portrait and user experience map,and refine the pain points of user needs.We will combine the theory of reading therapy with the needs of users to determine the function of the product and then carry out the design.Based on the theory of reading therapy,this paper designs the positioning,vision,information architecture,functional scope and application process of the platform by using the theoretical methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research,data analysis and induction,combined with the practical methods of questionnaire survey,interview and scene analysis.更多还原
