【摘要】 随着信息时代的不断发展,一个优秀的企业想要持续的生存和健康的发展,越来越离不开创新精神。如果缺乏健全的产品设计开发管理体系,势必会被具有创新精神的其他企业超越、代替进而淘汰。本文以在线教育行业RR公司的智能教学系统(Intelligent Tutoring System,简称ITS)设计开发项目为切入点,重点研究敏捷项目管理改进的对策。首先比较国内外项目管理的发展和现状,结合大量的项目管理优化案例和方法对设计开发项目管理进行理论研究。其次,研究了RR公司的ITS设计开发项目管理的现状,发现并指出RR公司ITS项目存在的主要问题。结合包括过程管理、绩效管理、改进与创新、精益管理的全面项目管理体系,采用整体分析、局部探讨、横向对比、纵向扩展的立体思维,选用了集成产品开发(Integrated Product Development,简称IPD)管理模式去优化敏捷开发管理,针对性地提出了RR公司的ITS设计开发项目管理改进对策。通过制定项目组织改进、项目策划改进、项目实施改进、项目控制改进、项目评审与验收改进、项目创新与知识管理改进等策略和措施科学地实施改进解决方案。最后,通过科学的对策评审与验证方法得到验证结论,证实IPD和敏捷开发管理模式的珠联璧合在软件项目设计开发管理应用中的显著管理作用。验证思维缜密、明晰,验证方法全面、立体,涵盖产品成本减少率、产品投入市场时间缩短率、研发周期缩短率、产品开发浪费减少率、项目按时完成率、产品开发生产力提高率、项目好评率、新产品收益增加率等。验证结论科学、客观、有效。论文提出的项目管理改进方案及措施等研究成果,在互联网和信息技术业,特别是在在线教育行业,具有广泛的系统设计开发项目管理改进指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the information age,an excellent enterprise With the continuous development of the information age,an excellent enterprise want to survive and develop healthily,more and more can not do without the spirit of innovation.If there is no sound product design and development management system,it will be surmounted,replaced and eliminated by other enterprises with innovative spirit.In this paper,the intelligent tutoring system(ITS)design and development project of RR company in online education industry is taken as the breakthrough point,and the Countermeasures for improving agile project management are mainly studied.First of all,compare the development and current situation of project management at home and abroad,combined with a large number of project management optimization cases and methods to study the theory of design and development project management.Secondly,this paper studies the current situation of its design and development project management in RR company,and points out the main problems of its project in RR company.Combined with the comprehensive project management system including process management,performance management,improvement and innovation,and lean management,the integrated product is selected with the three-dimensional thinking of overall analysis,local discussion,horizontal comparison and vertical expansion Development(IPD)management model to optimize agile development management,put forward the improvement countermeasures of its design and development project management of RR company.Through the development of project organization improvement,project planning improvement,project implementation improvement,project control improvement,project review and acceptance improvement,project innovation and knowledge management improvement and other strategies and measures to implement the improvement solutions scientifically.Finally,through the scientific evaluation and verification methods,we get the verification conclusion,which proves that the combination of IPD and agile development management mode plays a significant role in the application of software project design and development management.The verification thinking is meticulous and clear,and the verification method is comprehensive and three-dimensional,covering the reduction rate of product cost,the reduction rate of product time put into the market,the reduction rate of R & D cycle,the reduction rate of product development waste,the completion rate of project on time,the improvement rate of product development productivity,the rate of projectpraise,the rate of new product income increase,etc.The conclusion is scientific,objective and effective.The project management improvement scheme and measures proposed in this paper have a wide range of guiding significance in the Internet and information technology industry,especially in the online education industry.更多还原
