【摘要】 随着国民经济的转型,旅游业已经成为我国发展战略中的重点行业。旅游业的发展直接拉动我国的经济的增长,促进各地区协调发展。与此同时,人们消费水平的提高,我国国民年出游次数呈现出快速增加的态势。为了满足游客的多样化的需求及追求更高的收益,旅游产业各主体也在积极进行景区的改善建设。旅游景区在开发扩建的过程中,往往需要大量的资金投入。然而旅游企业普遍存在融资渠道单一、融资效率低等问题,制约着旅游业的发展。因此寻求金融创新方法,才能促进旅游业的发展。本文以景区升级改造需求及旅游企业融资困境为出发点,从行业角度分析旅游企业的融资现状,介绍了国内融资途径及其运作方式。结合旅游企业融资需求和行业性质,创新的提出利用应收账款类信托来解决相关问题。最后,本文以“GTH景区升级改造建设”为例,通过对其研究,为国内旅游企业融资提供关键环节的设计方案,以应收账款债权为转让为基础,通过交易结构设计及增加信用措施,成立信托集合管理计划。最后总结了该融资模式运作经验及进行了推广性的分析,为相关旅游企业提供借鉴参考。综合来说,对于相关旅游企业,采取应收账款类信托融资,交易结构设计合理,促进资产的流动,操作简单,申请放款周期较短,利用资本市场投资者可以募集数额较大的资金,能够有效的满足旅游企业的融资需求。对于投资者而言,此类信托提供投资者更多的产品选择,降低投资者面临的连锁风险。此种应收账款类信托融资具有宽阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transformation of the national economy,tourism has become a key industry in China’s development strategy.The development of tourism directly drives the growth of our economy and promotes the coordinated development of various regions.At the same time,people’s consumption level has increased,and the number of annual travel of our nationals has shown a rapidly increasing trend.In order to meet the diversified needs of tourists and pursue higher profits,the main bodies of the tourism industry are also actively improving the construction of scenic spots.In the process of developing and expanding tourist attractions,large amounts of capital are often required.However,tourism enterprises generally have problems such as single financing channels and low financing efficiency,which restrict the development of tourism.Therefore,the search for innovative financial methods can promote the development of tourism.Based on the needs of scenic spot reconstruction and the financing difficulties of tourism enterprises,this article analyzes the financing status of tourism enterprises from an industry perspective,and introduces domestic financing channels and their operating methods.Combining the financing needs of tourism enterprises and the nature of the industry,this article innovatively proposed the use of accounts receivable trusts to solve related problems.Finally,this article takes the GTH scenic spot as an example,based on the transfer of debt receivables,the transaction structure design and increase credit measures,provides a key link for the domestic tourism enterprise financing design plan.Finally,it summarizes the operating experience of the financing model and conducts a generalized analysis to provide reference for related tourism enterprises.In general,for related tourism enterprises,adopting accounts receivable trust financing,reasonable transaction structure design,promoting the flow of assets,simple operation,short loan application cycle,and capital market investors can raise large amounts of funds,it can effectively meet the financing needs of tourism enterprises.For investors,such trusts provide investors with more product choices and reduce the chain risks that investors face.This type of trust financing for accounts receivable has broad application prospects.更多还原
