【摘要】 在新世纪影视文化产业快速增长的进程中,全国各地涌现出了数以百计的新建影视产业基地项目。譬如地处横店的大型影视拍摄基地、位于上海的影视娱乐双轨园区、华南地区大型多功能拍摄区——中山影视城、长影世纪城、同里影视基地、象山影视城、镇北堡西部影城等,中国影视基地发展正在进入2.0时代。在这样快速发展的大背景下,浙江省影视基地也纷纷建立,并处于产业化发展过程之中。在表面繁荣的市场下,其实只有少数基地能突出重围实现盈利,大多数基地发展状况并不乐观。一方面,传统影视基地运营过程中,存在影视进入互联网时代、古装戏题材受限制、影视政策突然调整等问题;另一方面,新兴影视特色小镇的崛起、影视文化创意产业建设的人才上升空间不足使得影视基地的传统经营形式受到冲击。本文采用田野调查和深度访谈,在分析浙江省当前影视产业基地发展的政策体系基础上,探讨当下浙江省影视产业基地拓展进程中犹存的相关问题,深挖问题出现的原因,从而给出富有针对性的解决方案,以期为浙江省影视产业基地发展出谋划策,为中国影视产业基地的发展提供成熟的经验借鉴。本文共分为五个章节。第一章为绪论,对本文的研究缘起、研究对象、研究问题、研究方法进行了详细论述,并对相关概念进行了界定。第二章梳理中国影视产业基地的发展历程和现状,从宏观视角探讨影视产业基地的发展态势。第三章展开论述浙江省影视产业基地的发展历程和现状,并对横店影视城与象山影视城进行个案分析。第四章则是对当前新形势下,浙江省影视产业基地发展所面临的问题进行分析和研判。最后一章在资料整合分析的基础上,对影视产业基地的未来发展趋势进行预判,并尝试提出具体的可行性建议。在田野调研与深度访谈的过程中,影视文化产业的浙江模式逐渐显现,整体规模快速增长,产业链愈发健全,人才培养形成良性循环,进一步跨越发展、突破创新的重要时刻已然到来。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of rapid growth of film and television culture industry in the new century,hundreds of new film and television industry base projects have emerged all over the country.For example,the large-scale film and television shooting base located in hengdian,the double-track film and television entertainment park located in Shanghai,the large-scale multi-functional shooting area in south China--zhongshan film and television city,changying century city,tongli film and television base,xiangshan film and television city,and the western film city of zhenbeibao,etc.,the development of China’s film and television base is entering the 2.0 era.Under the background of such rapid development,film and television bases in zhejiang province have been established one after another and are in the process of industrialization development.In the superficial prosperity of the market,in fact,only a few bases can break through to achieve profitability,most of the base development situation is not optimistic.On the one hand,in the operation process of traditional film and television bases,there are problems such as the entry of film and television into the Internet era,the limitation of the themes of ancient costume dramas,and the sudden adjustment of film and television policies.On the other hand,the rise of emerging film and television characteristic towns and the lack of space for talents in the construction of film and television cultural and creative industries have impacted the traditional business forms of film and television bases.Based on the field survey and in-depth interviews,based on the analysis of the current film and television industry base in zhejiang province on the basis of development policy system,discusses the present zhejiang film and television industry base to expand the related issues,still in the process of digging the cause of the problem,so as to provide targeted solutions,in order to base for development ofzhejiang film and television industry,and for the development of Chinese film and television industry base to provide mature experience for reference.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the research origin,research object,research problem and research method in detail,and defines the relevant concepts.The second chapter summarizes the development process and current situation of China’s film and television industry base,and discusses the development trend of the film and television industry base from a macro perspective.The third chapter discusses the development process and current situation of the film and television industry base in zhejiang province,and makes a case analysis of hengdian world studios and xiangshan world studios.The fourth chapter analyzes and analyzes the problems in the development of zhejiang film and television industry base under the new situation.The last chapter,based on the data integration and analysis,predicts the future development trend of the film and television industry base,and tries to put forward specific feasible Suggestions.In the process of field research and in-depth interviews,the zhejiang model of film and television cultural industry has gradually emerged,with the overall scale growing rapidly and the industrial chain becoming more and more sound.The important moment for talent cultivation to form a virtuous circle and further leap-forward development and innovation has come.更多还原
