F速冻农产品外贸出口企业供应商评价研究

【摘要】 近年来国家对于外贸进出口经营权的进一步开放使传统外贸企业面临着前所未有的挑战。供应商与外贸公司由以往的合作关系,逐步变成竞争关系。对于外贸公司而言,供应商直接决定着外贸公司出口的产品的质量和国外客户的投诉率的高低。因此,加强供应商管理,完善供应商评价体系,有助于传统外贸公司提高其自身在行业的竞争力,对于传统外贸出口企业选择优质的供应商并与其供应商实现双赢具有重要的意义。本文以F速冻农产品外贸出口企业作为研究对象,结合F速冻农产品外贸企业的业务现状及产品特性,提出F速冻农产品外贸企业目前对于供应商管理中以价格为主的供应商选择方式所导致的一系列如品质管理费用高、交货不及时等问题。之后,根据供应商管理相关理论及国内外供应商评价相关文献,分析出F公司供应商管理主要问题是评价体系不健全和缺乏供应商分类管理。最后对F公司供应商评价体系进行优化,运用层次分析法、访谈法、线性权重法等方法针对F公司自身特点完善其产品供应商评价体系,并对供应商进行分级,提出针对不同级别的供应商采取不同的管理方式,对供应商进行动态管理方法。运用实例说明优化后的供应商评价体系的实施效果,同时对不同级别的供应商给出不同的激励措施,从而提升F公司供应商管理水平。本文对整个速冻农产品外贸出口行业提供具有针对性的借鉴。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the further opening-up of the foreign trade import and export rights has made traditional foreign trade companies face unprecedented challenges.The cooperative relationship between suppliers and foreign trade companies has gradually changed into a competitive relationship.Suppliers,for foreign trade companies,directly decides the quality of export products and complaints rate from foreign trade customers.Therefore,strengthening supplier management and improving supplier evaluation system are indispensable for traditional foreign trade companies to improve their competitiveness in the industry.It is of a great significance for traditional foreign trade companies to choose high-qualified suppliers and achieve a win-win situation with their suppliers.This thesis is based on the IQF agro-products export company F as the research object.Combining its current business situation and products characteristics,the thesis presented a range of issues in the supplier management,for example,high cost on products quality control,delay shipment caused by supplier management in company F.Then,according to relevant theories of supplier management and relevant literature of supplier evaluation at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the main problems of supplier management of F company,which are the unsound supplier evaluation system and the lack of supplier classification management.Finally,use the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),interview and linear weighting method to improve the supplier evaluation system for company F and carries on the classification of suppliers.Propose different management methods for different levels of suppliers,and dynamic management methods for suppliers.An example is used to illustrate the implementation effect of the optimized supplier evaluation system.Meanwhile,provide different incentive measures for different levels of suppliers to improve the level of supplier management of company F.This thesis provides targeted reference for the whole export industry of IQF agro-products.
