【摘要】 目的:临床观察自拟益气养心方治疗心脾两虚型特发性室性早搏(缓慢型)的有效性及安全性,为中医药治疗此病提供新临床依据。方法:该研究纳入2019年2月至2020年2月在成都中医药大学附属医院就诊且符合标准的患者共60例,并随机分为两组。实验组予以参松养心胶囊及自拟益气养心方;对照组予参松养心胶囊,共观察4周。观察两组的24h平均心率、室性早搏次数、中医症候积分等变化情况,最后统计分析实验结果。结果:室性早搏疗效:两组的24h室早总次数均较前减少(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组疗效更显著(P<0.05);24小时平均心率疗效:两组的平均心率均较试验前提高(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组提高更显著(P<0.05)。试验组动态心电图指标总有效率83.3%,对照组58.6%(P<0.05);中医证候疗效:试验组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率62.1%(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。中医症状积分疗效:两组经治疗均降低中医总症候积分(P<0.05),但治疗组的降低程度更显著(P<0.05);结论:本研究结果表明自拟益气养心方联合参松养心胶囊治疗心脾两虚型特发性室性早搏(缓慢型),可降低室早负荷,改善患者生活质量,提高患者心率,且安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety Qi-invigorating and Heart-nourishing decoction on the clinical treatment of Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contraction with heart rate slow deficiency both heart and spleen Qi and blood,and provides new ideas of TCM treatment of this disease.Methods:The study included 60 patients,who visited a doctor in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from February 2019 to February 2020.At the same time,they meeted the criteria.And they were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Qi-invigorating and Heart-nourishing decoction and Shensongyangxin capsules.The other group was only given Shensongyangxin capsules.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.And then we observed the change of average heart rate 24 hours,ventricular premature beat and syndrome score of Chinese medicine.Finally,make statistical analysis the results.Results:The efficacy of ventricular premature beat:the 24-hour ventricular premature beats of two groups were less than before the treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was much better than the others(P<0.05).The efficacy of average heart rate 24 hours:two groups could increase average heart rate 24 hours than that before the treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was so much better than the other group(P<0.05).The total effective percentage of 24 h dynamicelectrocardiogram was 83.3% in the treatment group,while it is 58.6% in the others(P < 0.05).The efficacy of total curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective percentage was 90% in the treatment group,while it is 62.1% in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than that of the control group.The efficacy of total syndrome score of Chinese medicine:two groups could reduce the total syndrome score of Chinese medicine after remedy(P<0.05),but the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study showed that the treatment what combined Qi-invigorating and Heart-nourishing decoction and Shensongyangxin capsules of Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contraction with heart rate slow deficiency of both heart and spleen Qi and blood,could effectively reduce the ventricular premature beats,Improve the quality of life,increase heart rate.And It is very safe.更多还原
