【摘要】 进入21世纪后,随着科学技术、信息传递速度的加强,企业间的竞争上升到全球化竞争,和之前对比变的更加激烈,供应链的优劣也成为企业间竞争的一个重要的因素,其重要性日益体现,供应链的稳定与否很大程度上取决于供应商的优劣,而优秀的供应商也可以提高企业的竞争力,在为企业降低成本的同时也会更好的为企业发展保驾护航,通过和优秀的企业形成战略合作,也可以使企业在竞争中取胜,得以取得更好的发展。越来越严酷的市场环境表明,企业与企业之间的竞争,是供应链与供应链间的竞争。在现有的市场经济模式下,绝大部分企业对供应商的评价选择考量因素还是仅仅体现在品质和成本两个方面,这样随之而来带来了一系列的问题,例如交付不及时、品质突发问题等,这样状况的累积导致供应链整体的稳定性极差。论文选取了L公司为代表,建立了一套更加全面的供应商准入评价体系。首先介绍了 L公司现有供应商评价选择模式存在的问题,主要体现在不同物料评估指标相同、缺乏全面系统的供应商评价标准、缺乏对供应商的分类管理、评估结果缺乏现实应用性以及评价专家不同导致评价结果不同五个方面。在此基础上,运用线性权重法,基于L公司的现状,针对现有的评价选择模式进行了优化,针对不同的物料类别建立不同的评价体系,进而使L公司供应商的准入评价更具全面性。最后,对优化后供应商准入评价体系的实施效果进行了总结,并针对未来的工作提出了改进的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering the 21st century,with the strengthening of science and technology and the speed of information transmission,the competition between enterprises has risen to global competition,and the comparison has become more intense.The advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain have also become an important factor in the competition among enterprises.Its importance is increasingly reflected.The stability of the supply chain depends to a large extent on the strengths and weaknesses of suppliers,and excellent suppliers can also improve the competitiveness of enterprises.While reducing costs for enterprises,they will also better protect the development of enterprises and form strategic cooperation with outstanding enterprises.It can also enable enterprises to win in the competition and achieve better development.The increasingly harsh market environment shows that the competition between enterprises and enterprises is the competition between supply chain and supply chain.Under the existing market economy model,most enterprises ’evaluation and selection considerations for suppliers are still only reflected in quality and cost,which brings with it a series of problems,such as timely delivery and quality problems.Wait.The accumulation of such conditions leads to a very poor overall stability of the supply chain.This paper chooses L company as representative and establishes a more comprehensive supplier access evaluation system.Firstly,it introduces the existing problems in the evaluation and selection model of L company.It is mainly reflected in the same evaluation indicators of different materials,the lack of comprehensive and systematic supplier evaluation standards,the lack of classification management of suppliers,the lack of realistic application of evaluation results,and the different evaluation experts lead to different evaluation results in five aspects.On this basis,using the linear weight method,based on the current situation of L company,the current evaluation selection model is optimized,and different evaluation systems are established for different material categories,thus making the admission evaluation of L company suppliers more comprehensive.Finally,the implementation effect of the optimized supplier access evaluation system is summarized,and the improvement direction is put forward for the future work.更多还原
