【摘要】 中小型企业是我国经济的主要参与者,为我国经济发展做出了重要贡献。广西是我国面向东盟开放合作的前沿窗口,这为广西中小型企业发展提供了许多潜在机会。2019年7月,笔者受实习单位委托(广西利用国外贷款项目工作领导小组办公室),把《中小型企业行业分析》从英文译成中文。此文本是亚洲开发银行项目考察团对广西百色市、崇左市、防城港市的中小型企业实地考察后,撰写的一份官方报告。翻译的主要目的在于帮助项目参与者了解广西中小型企业发展概况,推进项目顺利实施。根据赖斯对文本类型的分类,此文本属于信息型文本。内容上涉及许多经济金融领域的专业术语和与亚行项目相关的特殊表达,句子结构复杂,给此次翻译任务带来了一定挑战。因此如何确保译文的专业性和语言的流畅性,是此次翻译任务关注的重点。同时,由于译文有明确的目标读者和用途,所以以翻译目的为导向的目的论可以作为指导此次实践任务的翻译理论。笔者在目的论的指导下,选取代表性案例,说明处理翻译难点时所运用的翻译方法。比如,术语和特殊表达主要采取直译法;长句采取顺译法和综合翻译法;定语从句可译成前置定语、状语从句和并列结构;被动句可采用转化成主动形式、保留被动、使用判断句和无主句等翻译方法。本报告通过丰富的案例分析,针对翻译难点和重点归纳总结出了相应的翻译方法。从此次翻译项目中总结相关的经验,可以为类似经济金融报告的翻译提供一些启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small and medium-sized enterprises have been main participants of China’s economy and made great contributions to China’s economic growth.Guangxi is the front open window of China to cooperate with the ASEAN countries,which provides many potential opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi.In July 2019,the author was entrusted by the internship unit(Guangxi Foreign Loan Projects Management Office)to translate SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE SECTOR ANALYSIS from English into Chinese.The source text is an official report written by a project preparatory team of Asian Development Bank after its investigation into several cities of Guangxi,including Baise,Chongzuo,and Fangchenggang.The main purpose of this translation project is to help people involved in the program understand the development of SMEs in Guangxi and ensure the smooth implementation of the program as planned.According to the text type summarized by Reiss,this source text is an informative text type.It involves many terms in the economic and financial sector,special expressions related to ADB projects,and complicated sentences,which are challenges for the translation task.Thus,the key point of this translation is to ensure the technical nature of the translation and the fluency of the language.Besides,the target text has its specific target readers and purposes,therefore Skopos Theory which focuses on the purposes of translation could be selected as the theoretical guidance for this translation practice.Under the guidance of Skopos Theory,the author illustrated with representative cases to show how she rendered those difficult and/or challenging parts into Chinese with appropriate translation methods.For example,literal translation was mainly adopted to the translation of terms and special expressions;sequential translation and synthetic translation were employed to translate long sentences;attributive clauses were translated into prepositive attributes,adverbial clauses and coordinate clauses;passive sentences were mainly translated in the following ways,such as changing the passive sentences into the active sentences,retaining the passive sentences,using judgement sentences and non-subject sentences.This translation report sums up corresponding translation methods to handle the difficulties and challenges through plenty of selected cases.Experience gained from this translation project is expected to provide some implications for facilitating the translation of similar economic and financialreports.更多还原
