【摘要】 产业融合作为世界范围内产业发展的趋势发展,也成为产业扶贫的新发展方向。旅游产业和美食文化产业的融合,是提升旅游产业竞争力、实现旅游产业扶贫的重要方向。文中,先对美食文化、旅游扶贫产业和产业融合概念进行界定。介绍产业融合存在的主动、交叉、互动融合模式,进一步对文化与产业的融合动力进行阐述,并基于产业链视角对延伸融合进行分析。通过对大化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业现状的分析,介绍大化美食文化的现状特色及大化美食产业形成的产业,叙述大化美食产销与旅游结合所形成的产业,大化美食文化与旅游结合的产业延伸以及大化美食文化与旅游产业融合的扶贫效应。再通过对影响大化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业融合发展的因素体系研究,分析大化美食文化及旅游扶贫产业融合的产业链模型,对影响供应端、转换端、需求端的影响因素进行分析。最后,基于层次分析法AHP对产业链主要影响因素进行研究探索。研究结果显示:供给端中,绿色有机、壮瑶民族特色、长寿特色、投资数额因素产生影响效应最大;转换端中,精准营销、规模化标准化、绿色特色品牌营销、长期储存技术因素产生影响效应最大;需求端中,文化、情感型顾客、创造力、养生养老需求因素产生影响效应最大。在基于主要影响因素的分析下,探究大化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业的融合方案及政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial integration,as the trend of industrial development worldwide,has also become a new development direction for industrial poverty alleviation.The integration of the tourism industry and the gourmet culture industry is an important direction to enhance the competitiveness of the tourism industry and achieve poverty alleviation in the tourism industry.In this article,the concepts of food culture,tourism poverty alleviation industry and industrial integration are first defined.Introduce the active,cross,and interactive integration modes of industrial integration,further elaborate on the integration power of culture and industry,and analyze extended integration from the perspective of the industrial chain.Through the analysis of Dahua gourmet culture and tourism poverty alleviation industry,introduce the current characteristics of Dahua gourmet culture and the industry formed by Dahua gourmet industry,describe the industry formed by the combination of Dahua gourmet production and sales and to urism,Dahua gourmet culture and The industry extension of the combination of tourism and the poverty alleviation effect of the integration of the gourmet food culture and the tourism industry.Then through the research on the factors system that influences the integration of Dahua food culture and tourism poverty alleviation industry,it analyzes the industrial chain model of the integration of Dahua food culture and tourism poverty alleviation industry,and analyzes the factors that affect the supply side,conversion side,and demand side.Finally,based on AHP,the main influencing factors of the industry chain are researched and explored.The research results show that: on the supply side,green organic,Zhuangyao national characteristics,longevity characteristics,and investment amount factors have the greatest impact;on the conversion side,precision marketing,scale standardization,green featured brand marketing,and long-term storage technology factors have an impact.The largest;on the demand side,culture,emotional customers,creativity,health and elderly care demand factors have the greatest impact.Based on the analysis based on the main influencing factors,explore the integration plan and policy recommendations of Dahua gourmet culture and tourism poverty al eviation industry.更多还原
